Got down to 26° this am, first time I've gotten frost this season. Supposed to stay sunny today, a high of 48° expected.
It's just 32 now, but maybe up to 45 today.....the birds are really sucking down the food.....Jen, Europe got hit with a bad snowstorm....even England.

Started out cold in the teens and frosty early this morning. We seem to always have the coldest temp in the area here, at least to start out. First morning the ground felt frozen under foot too. Sun is out and the temp has warmed nicely now to low 40s already. No doubt helped along by a gentle SW breeze.
the pond out back has had ice for the past week or more - gonna get warm again later this week though

Worked outside for a bit. Pulled up the Canna and stored. Did some more trimming back in the herb beds. I think we will start to plant the bulbs tomorrow. Patti

What a nice day, got my Christmas decor up. Everything done but the lights.
It was a nice day....perfect for walking in the woods. Then tonight on the newscast, they reported a 16 year old girl was beaten & sexually assaulted at 6 last evening in front of our high school...seemed to be a random attack....of course, you never know if she's telling the truth....there's a lot of traffic at that time of day ...it's on a state highway. Seems terribly risky to me.
Horrible.
