Coffee Break #41 - Happy Birthday America!
Hope it's solved asap, Lucy. We will miss her!
LOL, Bill! ROTFL at that one!
Come baaaaaaaaaaaack, Lucy!!!!!!
We'll miss you Lucy!!!
o I luv a good shoe competition ^_^ OH NO about poor IrisMa's puter. MISS YOU. LUV YOU. Thanks for letting us know Jumper2.
Haven't seen any turkeys in the yard lately, but saw one alongside of Route 7 in VT on Tues......and a deer standing in my travel lane.
Wow! Some trip, Robindog!!!
Yes, & coming home, very bad accident on I-91 in Hadley, just before the State Police Barracks....just happened, & we had to wait for emergency vehicles....looked like one woman was thrown into the median....shook me up...I usually get off at Northhampton, so I was stuck about 15 min.
Geez Robin, sounds like you had a much more interesting vacation than I did!!
It was bittersweet for me...first time I've been to the lake without Doug.
:(
I'm sorry hon, I hope your memories gave you strength .
(((♥♥Marilyn♥♥)))
So proud of you for not avoiding opportunities like that, Marilyn! It has to be tough, and yet you approach life with positive direction, no matter what. I'm sure you are growing a lot with each difficult hurdle you tackle. I've said it before and I'll say it again...you are an impressive, courageous lady! Hugs!
How would you like your daughter to bring this home???

Product of a deviant sub-culture no doubt, amazing how depraved people can become, ... by their own choosing.
Actually, he runs the Smiley-Time Daycare.
Wow, I'm pretty sure my daughter inherited my brains so she won't be bringing home anything like that
Thanks for the support & kind thoughts.....you are wonderful people. Comment on the photo...he tried to run over his landlord....would you actually rent to someone who looked like that??
just wanted to share some knowledge... I learned LED light bulbs do not attract bugs.. Randy and I were watching Holmes on Homes.... and he said that they do not.. we found some at ACE hardware.... bought one... and boy o boy... it's true... the moths once in a while will come and check it out... but then leave... no swarm of bugs around the fixture outside... granted it's not as bright as our old light... but to enable us to use the front light where we didn't in the past.... is great.... the fixture is right over the screen door... open the door and where did the swarm go.... inside... so for us to come across this... I am a happy gal
Wow - great to know.
Good info
Randy has been looking around online to see if he can find brighter ones ... will let you know if we find any
Thanks for info, helpful.
Nice to know Allison, I hate that they aren't very bright.
Thanks for that tip, Allison!
Can you find LED spotlights? Our town is dismantling all the streetlights to save money (yeah, great place) & I need to keep the spots on all night. LEDs will save money as well as deter the bugs.
sure

- just do a google search for led spotlights, buy.com or ebay may have them cheaper...

Lovely wedding! i love the last picture;)
:)
my family is a bunch of dancing fools... always entertaining
UGH.... Randy is getting out Christmas decorations for our friends Christmas in July party next week... to get in our attic... we need to prop a cut ladder on our stairs.... open the hatch that swings like any other door... step 2 - 3 foot in to the solid floor ... and for all these years I pray every time I go in and out that I don't fall through the sheet rock (no support) that is on a slant while going in... WELL... I was outside watering and Randy made an OOPSIE when he was going out... thank god he didn't fall all the way though and then down the stairs.... he said he was about up to his waist and caught himself..... so now we will actually put in a support and fix that and put new sheet rock... Randy said there was only molding holding the sheet rock there... how sad is that????
Why not put in a solid 1" wood sheet, (not plywood), and then use ¼" bolts on (6) L-brackets, - 3 on each side, to the studs in the wall, then paint them or use the ones which have a plastic cover. They sell them at HD for bookshelves and are heavy duty. Better than taking the risk again with sheet rock. - very risky since sheet rock is not designed to take that kind of weight, neither are the moldings, may not be as lucky next time...
Thank goodness he's OK!!!
Randy is good with that stuff.. I am sure he will fix it right
Wow, glad he didn't get hurt.
Your sis's dress was beautiful.
Jen I forgot to tell you .... I didn't have a breakdown shopping for the outfit... all went well for once
Beautiful wedding, Allison.....am glad Randy wasn't hurt....I hate attics, & will NOT climb the ladder to mine.....I know that not much is up there, but Garret will have to take care of it.
