Longhorn's, I had filet mignon and cedar grilled shrimp with garlic mashed potato's and a salad. Brian had the filet with broiled salmon, citrus rice(yum!) and a salad.

Steam asparagus for 3 minutes...pat dry. Heat TBS. of olive oil till hot....add minced garlic clove, and chopped teaspoon of fresh ginger....add asparagus, cook for 1 minute, take off heat & add 1 tsp. grated lemon rind, and 1 tsp soy sauce. Also good cold the next day.
