Weiner schnitzel....we got to the restaurant at 3:30 because my brother had a Dr.'s appt, so they weren't serving lunch or dinner....just bar meals...either the schnitzel or bratwurst both with German coleslaw & tomatoes.....it was inexpensive & delicious!

the best pork I have ever eaten was at a pig roast... it was raised on the farm where I boarded my horse.. most of it's food was horse sweet feed.. all good stuff
