Sunny and already feels hot. Temp is 79 degrees and going to around 90. Light wind. Cold front dropping down sometime this afternoon should lower temps a bit later today, but 20 degrees cooler tomorrow. Could use a shower or two for the garden.
Today's Weather in Your Garden - 70
76 high of 92, son's school let them forgo their uniforms today for shorts and tees
Just in from watering and taking some pics. Murder already in the sun!
Have fun on the hike! ☺!
68°
I think that I will just check the garden for new plants. The TV weather said that the cooling down late this afternoon will hit the 'north shore' first. Yipee for that idea.
It's 75 here right now, going up to 90...too hot to do much ....need to buy paint for the upstairs bath, but will wait until Friday to paint.
On my way outside now - if i do not log back in after lunch the emergency EMT number here is 978-433-HELP:)
Don't do rocks today, Bill. Hope that you saw that.
it does not feel a hot as yesterday although for the rest of the afternoon i will be in full sun - do not worry i have a milk jug filled with cool aid:)
90 here.
85 here
Okay it is officially stupid hot here! 93 degrees, little or no breeze and not a single cloud in the sky. Everything is drooping including the gardener.
Been hiding inside. Didn't go hiking. Have to do food shopping. I'll hang out in the cold aisle!
90° Cooler late this afternoon? by prediction. Victor do not go near the cold beer!
It is still getting hotter, just hit 95 degrees. A few puffy clouds now. Is that a good sign? Good thing today is the last hot one for a while, I do not think the plants could deal with a long stand of this heat so soon.
We hit 94. 93 right now.
Heat index is 97. Was 99 a while ago.
90 right now
93 here, but 97 when I went to Ocean State in Bristol...bought another trellis for another clem.
95 now. Funny - my weather station software has a graph for temperatures and the scale goes up to 150!
finally came in - felt hot out there (understatement)
87° for a high today, muggy @ 57% Rh
Glad to hear you're back in, Bill. I was shaking my head at you (again) knowing what you were likely to be doing out there in that heat. It's way too oppressively hot here to do ANYTHING out there this afternoon. Glad our neighbor stopped by with some fresh asparagus.......we visited over lemonade and stayed inside. I did too much this morning....will never learn!
92 here now at almost 5:00pm.......please tell me it's going to cool off!!!
80 here again and a little more humid. Glad you took the Kool-aid with you, Bill.

Relief on the way. Great weekend ahead!
91° at about one o'clock Down to 84° at the present. Another half hour I might go out & see what bloomed today. Peonies from my parents garden in WI starting to bloom, tentively Id'd as Sarah Bernhardt.
It better be great Iris garden tour on Sun.
Mine of that plant is starting to bloom here too. So is the red one from DH's family.
We hit 87 today, little better than yesterday.
Important discussion taking place:

Still 94! Heat index is 101.
Too much yada yada in the discussion, ... just as long as they don't change the photo policy... (lol)
Too much overreaction and hyperventilating, as usual.
Yep, lol!
Still 90!
i agree
