Nice selection Flowerjen.
Marilyn! great vines.
What have you ordered 2010 #6
Nice selection Allison.
Love the crape myrtle Robindog.
I got eucalyptus cinereria, verbena bonariensis, pentas, coleus, purple heart, walking iris, purple million bells, sweet allysum, echinecea and dahliettas from the horticulture room in our office. and ofcourse tomatoes- black krim, rose de berne, tiny tim, pantano. They have some of the healthiest plants in that room.
Thinking of putting some annuals in a basket for a friend's birthday tomorrow.
I always grow the heritage tomatoes....not as many on the vine, but the taste is so great. I need to grow the verbena bonariensis again....it's so airy in the garden.
My order from Greathorse for dahlias came today, wow they are so nice....not only did I get a great deal she through in 3 extras! I may be ordering more!
Allison I love the double calibrachoa!
Nice!
I have two orders coming this week - JM's from Davidsan and a large order from Deer Resistant Plants. That should be it, except for the Rosy Dawn coleus order.
Had to change my order with davidsans - evidently they sold me 5 gallon Toyama Nishiki with my name on it and all - bummer - so i added a 5 gallon Seigia and an Oregon Fern and a Vitifolium.
Nice shrubby things RD. WOWSER onewish. Pics please of the trailing calabrochias when they are blooming. I LUV those. I'm going to pick up a few when I go on the garden centre tour. Bravo/brava peoniae! Order arrived today:
silver lace vine
fancy leaved caladium. My mission (should I decide to accept it) is to winter them over inside. They are for a container on the new patio steps which is shady.
golden queen trollius
fire flames potentilla
tiny tot gladiolus mix
Gee wha I didn't know your real name is Toyama Nishiki. Do people call you Toy for short?
Thanks DNut. How big does the tiny tot glad grow to?
Rama
Funny, I had a 5 gal Toyama nishiki added to my order.
12-18"
Luv those!
Am planting my dahlias today, plus seeding some 8 pkgs of flower seeds.
Outside Robin?
Yes, Rama, but only the tubers, not the ones I raised in the basement. The flower seed packs say to sow a few weeks before the end of frost, so I'm pushing it a little, but some of the seeds are poppies, some cosmos, they can take the cooler temps......and the 8 packs turned into 22 when I found the rest of them on a shelf in the garage!
Sounds like you were busy Marilyn.
looks like we can be in frost danger on mother's day... and the next unless they change it
