i can hear thunder and there is a rainbow outside right now.

Skies got real dark here, thunder and clouds from the South & East! Ran outside and applied Scotts lawn fertilizer to the back and front yards!

... then the clouds went away and the sun came out.

Thunder & small shower late this afternoon. I didn't know about stopping rain with lawn fertilizer.

Sunny here w/hit-or-miss thunder showers, high of 65 today.
I was driving around the Southern half of the State today and I managed to miss each TS by mere minutes at the various towns I was in. It was really nice, never needed my rain coat or umbrella, never heard a clap of thunder, yet the roads were wet and flowers were smiling. ^_^

Raining & didn't cover my new iris seedling. Wet pollen? No picture taken--woe is me.

Should have put a bucket over the seedling as we had rain later in the evening--can only hope that the pollen dries out. No photo, how sad.

Mostly cloudy but the sun should win out eventually. Temp is 47 and should get to mid sixties for a high. Several t-storms and showers yesterday afternoon and evening have made the soil wet so more weeding and mulching from the edges today. Tomorrow planting. Chance of frost tonight, hope not.

49 and gorgeous. Kids are home. Parent-teacher conference day. Got one out of the way already. Other is at 10:30.

Yes - very, and the pollen is killing me today! Eyes are so itchy.

Kids got great reports. Why can't they behave at home the way I hear they behave at school?!! They's constantly fighting and yelling here.

Mine are pretty much the same way, but I'd rather let people think I have angel kids.

True, but they really drive me crazy with the fighting. The beatings will have to continue...

Rather have the good behavior at school. Home stuff enables them to relax even though its tough on parents.

Nice sunny morning with the temp at 47 degrees and a light NE wind. Should get close to 70 for a high. Hope to get a lot of stuff planted today since the next several days are gong to be cloudy with showers off and on. Good settling in weather.

Was 45 in GH. I rolled back the shade cover and its all ready 70 in there! I got out.

Sunny & 70 forecast for today....going to the farm to babysit for a few hours, then I need to work on those weedy beds!

50 and rainy. Mine still pick on each other and they're 18 & 20. There were days I couldn't even back out of the driveway without them fighting when they were small. However, they were always well behaved at school.
