Too much snow melt in NJ which turns into heavy water.
between the snow melt & all the crazy rain.. bet it is going to be a while for them to be back to normal.. so sad driving by and seeing everything under water still.. I bet it will be months before willowbrook mall is back to normal ... this is the worst I have ever seen it in that area.. can't imagine the clean up after something like that

It has been a lovely week - hard to believe still only mid March. Reading all the posts above about the rain certainly has been an unusual winter. A very easy winter here. The downeast coast of Maine actually needs rain. That event last weekend, only got 0.02 inches here, hardly enough to wet the deck. Wednesday we were under a red flag warning for wild fire due to wind and low humidity.
35 and sunny and calm with a forecast of going to 60 today! Maybe 70 for the southern part of the state. So much to do outdoors the only question is where to start!
I can't listen to this song without getting goose bumps... but does not seem appropriate

Thanks all for the compliments on the sunrise picture.
Yes Frank, I believe we will be forced back in but it's only temporary. Also, it's not dropping below feezing so I have no complaints! ^_^
Allison, I can't believe those video's........praying for the flooding to end soon.
