Gypsies new ride

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Good Morning! The sun is shining....yah!
The shirt is light blue, JJ. No one worries about dirt....Grandma has a cleaning arsenal in the laundry cabinet.....grin. I am probably one of the few folks who have a gallon pump bottle of stain remover over the washer.....really.

Chop chop is the answer to your question, Lynnie. Unless you are donating the enclosure to a resale building center, then you just take a saws-all and cut it in half.....grin. It is what Mike Holmes would do.....LOL

I am still thinking about a story book, Venice....I could work on something over the summer for Aidan's birthday in August.......hmmmm.

Thanks Smiley.....I meant it when I said let me know if I go overboard with the pictures.....I have enough to sink a small boat....grin

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Moon, never enough pictures of Aiden and his experiences with you and the baby.

That would be so wonderful for Aiden's birthday.

(Zone 5b)

chop chop done!

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

I am still painting..sigh.. had to stop to do taxes for a friend and then to cook supper.
While organizing this years returns I realized I done everyones state taxes but ours. oops

I will be so glad when everything is somewhat back to normal. DH says that will be sometime after Christmas......funny guy

Enjoy your evening all.

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Thanks Venice. I know I can't get enough.....grin

Saws-all to the rescue....go Lynnie

DIY and taxes.....ought to be enough to send ya running for the hills......hang in there JJ.

Leicester, NC(Zone 8a)

JJ don't let it burn you out. If you take a break for a week no one will blame you and it will be there when you get refreshed.

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

I'm done for awhile now, painting at least.
Don't worry I will rest plenty :)

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Been a while since i posted a picture here...this J Magnolia Jane opened today

Moon send your spring this way, don't expect any blooms until at least April.

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Our last frost date is April 22! They said you can plant some seeds 2 weeks before that. Some of us are going to be the last ones to see flowers. Boohoo!

Marinette, WI(Zone 4b)

Oh venice, it was so nice here today that I was outside looking for plant life this morning. It was in the 50's today.
Found some catnip coming up.

A little to early for anything else yet, besides that, I know were not done with winter yet. March didn't end yet and if the old saying holds true, it should go out like a lion. :(

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

If they would just leave that silly rodent alone, everything would be fine...lol Hopefully the March lion will get bored with roaring really soon. We had rain yesterday and supposed to rain today and tomorrow.....the ground is already so wet ya sink an inch or two just walking across the yard.....I figure as soon as the sun comes out the temperature will drop again.....been in the high 60's low 70's for the past few days...just can't force myself to try to work in the mud....

(Zone 5b)

it's cold but sunny here...ground is frozen solid still.

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Frozen solid or gumbo muck....either one means no gardening yet....grin

Leicester, NC(Zone 8a)

Saw where you were gonna get some mean rain today Moon, I think it rains 6 days out of 7 your way. It's headed here for the remainder of the week, but temps in upper 50's, think I can handle that with little complaint. Hang in there Venice, the tulips will start popping up soon. Daffodills too! Think I'm gonna go play before it gets here, see yall this evening.

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Moon, thank goodness the rain held off so Aiden could chase frogs and Tooter!

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

It rained a few days while they were here, but not too heavy and Grandma can wash crocs and socks....Grin My DD is a very neat organized person....not fussy, just neat. Aidan had a ball getting dirty....but wanted to be cleaned up as soon as we got back inside....grin These are the flower boxes he planted

Pretty! I love the purples.

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Aidan was very drawn to the purples...if everything could have been purple he would have chosen them. He did pick out a pretty pansy though

Moon, how sweet that you let him pick out all the flowers. He did a great job with the purples and the pansy.

HELP!!!!

I found something really peculiar on my computer.
Under Network Places, Other Places, and between Desktop and Shared Documents
I found this!!!

q’1
1’1’OPLOPIOKUIYHJYJU[P;CTRFSERDFWESAZX’ azxdf cdf gfvgggghfgvv hj nnngfvvvfgvvtrftffgvvgf

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

That's weird.
Looks like something my littlest GS would type.

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Except the asterics are more like language accents.

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Carol, is that a folder or a file? There really isn't enough information there. Make sure you have avast installed....if not, you can download it for free. Do so and then run the avast program. If avast doesn't pick up any problem. the save that line to a separate file, delete the original and see if anything on your computer changes or reacts. If so, you have saved that line and can put it back. If nothing changes, the DH says it is computer lint....and you can delete it.

(Zone 5b)

maybe Kitty walked on the keyboard at some point and accidentally created a folder...it's not that hard to do. What's the date on the folder?

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Moon,

It is not a file or folder. I clicked on the icon and it says:

"Shows the disk drives and hardware connected to this computer."

That is the first thing I see under Desktop. What does your computer show directly under Desktop??

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Mine shows the files and folders in desktop. Sounds like it got scrambled a bit. will check with DH when he gets back from dentist.

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Moon, what is the first thing you see under Desktop?

Desktop is under My Documents and Other Places.

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Kassy.

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

On my computer, desktop is listed under COMPUTER on the menu. When I call that up, under desktop, after the files and folders, it shows Computer, and shows the drives and hardware connected to my computer. DH and I think that when you changed over your printer, it either added that file or fritzed the words. If you are not experiencing any problems, just leave it and know that that is where you look to see what is attached.

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Moon, I am using the same printer that I was using before because I fixed it.
On the Start up menu there are 2 columns (maybe yours is different).
These are the things in my right hand column.

My Recent Documents
My Network Places . . . . . . . . . Other Places . . . . . . .Desktop . . . asdfjepqoifasdjfa;sdflk
Control Panel
Set Programs Access and Defaults
Help and Support
Search
Run

If I click on My Network Places there is a window that has Other Places in it.
Directly below Other Places is Desktop.
What is directly below your Desktop?

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Directly below desktop on the right hand menu is computer. Remember, I am using a lap top (HP Pavillion)

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Well, I guess it is not doing any harm right now. So I will just leave it alone. Thanks Moon and Lynnie.

Jesup, GA

Hey all, been all over the world tonight.....leaving hellos, and spreading good cheer every where. Hope everyone is happy and well and feeling right as rain!

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

We had a serious storm last night....power kept flickering...hail threatening, wind blowing and a tornado watch/severe storm warning for a hefty chunk of the evening....fortunately, we remained on the edge of the worst of it....the last thing DD and DSIL did before they left was to sweep the breeze way and drive....there is now a ton of live oak leaves all over both....and bunches of white JM petals...oh well, nothing lasts forever....grin

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

I finally did a system restore and everything is back to normal. Thanks Moon

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Girls, you have to go over to -- Snow Lottery # 2 The Melt. Toward the end of all the posts there is someone who has turkeys kind of like pets. They come in and out of her house to eat. And the female has laid eggs in a nest they made in the house. It is so cool to read how all it happened.

Marinette, WI(Zone 4b)

and JJ, I think you are close to winning the lottery...........LOL

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Deejay keeps telling us more about her turkeys and peahen! I think it is so interesting. You have to go to the Snow Lottery. Starting at March 10, 3:01.
