Haven't heard a forecast today, but yesterday it was not good----snow & rain for the next 4 days---UGH!

Overcast here now as well. Temp 40 degrees with a light SE wind. Warm wind direction is a good thing but we could get an inch or two of the white stuff. Mixed up mess coming this way and we have seen the last of the sun now until the weekend probably. Yuck.
Hope not on the weekend. We go to Bedford, MA for an iris hybridizers meeting. Have to get out slides, (yes those) & organize/ We go first now because of old fashioned equipment, giggle, giggle.

was 28 this morning - we are on the rain snow line now looks like the rain forecast has been moving north with every new forecast.
Overcast but no precip yet. temp is 34 degrees with a SE moderate wind. Snow to rain predicted for the foreseeable future. It's gonna get mucky out there I think.

A few wet flakes just started to fall here. Temp is 36 degrees so I don't see much gathering on the ground unless cooler temps come in with the snow. Wind has shifted slightly to due east but still not very strong.
Schools are getting out 45 minutes early. Duh - why bother?!

Few little flakes have stopped and just grey and cloudy here again. Temp still sitting at 36 degrees.

By the time Sat. morning is here...the Mountains of Maine will have accumulated approx 30-40 inches of new snow. I am in the 2-4" thank goodness!!

Everything about the same as all day yesterday but with lots of rain added. Temp 37,wind light ESE and more rain.

30 here and we have about 6" on the ground - supposed to get washed out although it is coming down pretty good right now - think it will be all rain tomorrow
We had about 4" of snow---now we have pouring rain---what a mess! The plow pushed in a huge wall of slush---won't that be nice all frozen?
Rained all night, but still plenty of icy snow on some ot the iris beds. In the rain area for new stuff, close to the coast. would like the rest of the snow to go, not deep, but it's there.
Lots and lots of snow here in Southern Vt. Still coming down. I would say 8-10" so far. We are suppose to head to Nantucket on the night boat. Tomorrow sounds like a whole lot of wind, so we should try to go tonight.
Dh is out with the snow plow right now, so we can get out. I will hate the drive down from Williamsville to Rt 30 where it should be OK driving. I think we may head all the way down to the Mass Pike rather than take Rt 2. I have to take the car alone, as DH brought up the truck to fill with firewood. Good thing he loaded it on Monday night as the wood pile is now buried. Pretty though! Have a safe day all. Patti
