I wanted to make sure it held up in the bad weather before doing all that... I can happily say there is no snow on the roof but a thin line where the two sides meet... the panels are so thin I was worried they would cave in if the snow sat on them... it kind of like the plastic security wrapping I know you hate... the stuff you can really cut yourself on.. but thicker

Oh my gosh that system reminds me of hubby's friend who also subs as our controls guy. His entire house is like on of those tech movies where the house talks to you and stuff(his isn't that over the top but close!)
If there is a leak in the laundry room he has a sensor in there that will call his cell phone! This guy is crazy smart and if you saw him you'd never know it. Not only with tech stuff but mechanical stuff, he can take apart a car and put it back togther again.
I know it's a polycarbonate, Allison. I just want to get the specifics. It's not cheap.

I am napping during the day... since I haven't been feeling well.. have my sleep pattern all messed up.. the dog woke me up to go out
It's awful! Wow, 6am already. The dog and both cats were in my bed, pinning the blankets down and I couldn't regulate my temperature. I've had weird hot and cold moments all week too. Must be coming down with something. I finally got tired of tossing and turning in a two foot square space and got up, cleaned my closet, had a bowl of cereal and came here.
"I couldn't regulate my temperature" I can't mine either, but for me it's menopause. LOL
so sorry Harper.. hope it gets better.. I had the problem a lot with my thyroid.. like torture
