Let me know when you want to go.
Coffee Break #31 - Super Bowl Edition
ok thanks
Yes, it's sad about the explosion. I heard about it on the news yesterday. Are you back north Marilyn?
Good luck shopping Allison. I hate doing that nowadays. Nothing fits and I can't stand looking at it not fitting in the fitting room.
I liked shopping more when I was thinner .. but it still was not my favorite thing to do
:)
When I was thin, I could pick something up, whatever it was, it would fit. ...no more. Now I have to sew my own clothes. Fabric shopping is fun. There's no dressing rooms.
I think you are thin my dear... I have no clue how to sew ... so that option is out.. I bought a sewing machine when we first bought the house .. and I almost broke the darn thing.. not a good mix
Sewing is fun. I'm glad I learned it. If you were still interested in learning, they usually give free lessons at the fabric stores.
I'm 25 lbs overweight according to me.
maybe I will do that
I don't see it... if you say so
It's there.
I feel too yucky to argue.. you win
Have people seen this? Too cute!

Sorry about the explosion. One in Danvers (chemicals) a few yrs ago was about 3 am so no one hurt. Rattled our windows for over 2 min & we are several towns away.
I've seen that, Dave. Great!
Yes, that explosion was horrible. My friend in Meriden felt and heard it.
oohh Dave that is the coolest video
My wife and daughter felt it. I was oblivious (of course). I'm only 15-20 miles away
wow
My friend called his friend who lives right in Middletown and that guy slept right through it!!
When I lived in Sayreville whenever we felt something shake we were like "oh Hercules blew up again" It seemed every year they had an explosion. The town was well known for lots of industry. Hercules is a spin off of Dupont, which also has a plant there.
They made nitrocellulose at Hercules and gun powder at Dupont. No wonder they kept exploding.
Had one on February 21, 1985 where" an explosion occurred in the nitrocellulose production area of that plant killing one worker and injuring four others."
There was a huge explosion at this other plant in 1918

I remember the '85 quake very well. Was very weird.
Yeah, makes sense. They don't know well enough to take care of themselves
Maybe it's good that they might not be able to read the report?? ^_^
Oh my, lol
Poverty and poor nutrition in early childhood or during the mother's pregnancy no doubt contributes to both conditions. Add to that lack of education, cultural differences in eating patterns and this is not a surprising outcome for this study.
Yes, that all makes sense. Did it really take a study to figure this out?
someone had to spend the stimulus $$
Victor, meant to ask you some time ago why the Saints football team call themselves SAINTS, I believe they are far from being that, all I know I used to pray to saints when I went to church, can't imagine praying to them LOL
From the song - When the Saints Go Marching In.
Oh, guess I don't know that song.
Here, Maria.

Thanks Victor, I recognised the melody from years and years ago from some shows on the Radio, I don't think it was jazzed up like Armstrong did. I really do not know much about American music but the ones I do know and listen to I like lot.
Very weird, I can't load any threads from the MidAtlantic forum
Weird. The weather couldn't affect that, right/
hhmm works for me
Had to leave for awhile and come back, probably the weather.
Never happens with NE!!
Looks like the picture server or the connection is having a problem. Maybe storm related? Seems to have been off line then back on for a short time now off again. Nuts.
put the cuttings photo on the other place.. LOL
Looks like this is the reason for the pics missing. http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1075218/
