i just ordered 3 packages of seeds from Burpee in the hope that it will stop the stock market slide today. fingers crossed!

Dow was down big-time! Barely survived above 10K.
it was a good thing i ordered those seeds - who KNOWS how low it could have gone!
I didn't order anything today - oops! I am glad I've pulled back from stocks recently. I think a decent drop is in store. Went up way too much too fast last year. Gravity still holds.
Ugh - Phoenix is going to start taxing food! Can air and water be far behind?

Wow - the string of horrible news continues for me. Just found out a dear friend - who babysits our kids and had them in daycare, lost her great nephew over the weekend. He was run over by his wife who had been drinking. Incredible. She just lost her sister a few weeks ago.

Oh just great, I put my screen name in and my member page pops up.
Just use your screen name and dave's garden, not everyone is there but quite a few are. At first I thought it was for the general membeship but no, also they ones only paid member who are allowed in certain forums
OMG. My member page comes up too, even thou I have the privacy setting on noone views this. I just deleted everthing.

i checked back into 5 or 6 pages nothing comes up for me (what does that mean?) - did not dig deep and victor does not come up either - i think it is folks with uncommon names that rise to the top
