I admit I am a bad speller.

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

Thanks to Ge1836, I can look forward to editing all my collages to include the names. Here is the first one that I fixed and I do look forward to seeing my Primula.

Ge1836 A steak could do some damage too, if you slapped Victor upside the head with it! Patti

Heehee..can't get the picture out of my mind of Victor being slapped upside the head with a rare steak! Nice job on the primroses...hope my lone one returned.

Jo, I suggest some full-spectrum lighting, or maybe Prozac?? ^_^

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

Victor, I just wanted to remind her that it wood be as affective as thaing you to a stake and letting the aunts eat you. Patti

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

LOL Okay now children , play nice. ^_^
Short term I am looking forward to this weekend. That should be after several mostly sunny days and temps in the mid 40s so things may be dry enough to start the preliminary clean up. At least out back in the south facing beds. Really getting itchy fingers now.

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

I should have been so energetic today. But it was crappy out and very windy. Perhaps tomorrow will be an outside day. I did buy a bunch of stakes last week to better cages for many shrubs who have been getting eaten by the deer and bunnies. So I should get those done ASAP as this is the time that they really munch on everything. Waiting for the crocus... less than two weeks, maybe.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

I can't see anything still buried under snow. :(

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

Athens, PA

I am so looking forward to no more snow!

South Hamilton, MA

Love the whate crocus, want more tree buds showing green. Just after you showed all your snow drops, I received my British Heritage mag. & they had an article on snowdrops.

Southeastern, NH(Zone 5b)

I am so happy you see crocus popping up. That means I should see some shortly too! : )

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

Meredith, I wish, but not yet, I said in 2 weeks. The local paper always publishes the first called in report of one in bloom. Always in town near a brick foundation. Patti

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

I just moved the snow next to the front stoop and have crocus and snow drop tips showing...woo hoo!!!

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

Flowerjen, Terrific. Love to hear that they are working their way up. I will have to make a serious walk about tomorrow if it isn't raining. Patti

Nice shots JoAnn. Looks like you are slowly making progress out there getting rid of the snow. Hopefully the next week will bring warmer temps and no more snow so you can make a big dent in the snow cover. The sun is getting ever so much stronger now and that should help a lot too. I like your corkscrew stakes. What grows up them when the white disappears?

Thomaston, CT

The snow has melted from the brick patio by the garage so I opened the side garage door & found allium popping up on the southside---I'm thrilled.

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Its nice to know spring is going on no matter what.

Peepers are out!!
I got home from work and DH said lets go for a ride, and when I asked where he said it was a surprise. It was a nice surprise.

Southeastern, NH(Zone 5b)

I heard them too! The robins were here in large numbers today! It was like a bird fest with all the chirping outside. I guess the birds like the rain. Must bring the bugs up! Hopefully they are eating the grubs and not all my poppy seeds! Lol

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

I love the morning birds.
I take the mail to the mail bos 7 hours early just to hear them.

South Hamilton, MA

Stoppage of rain right now.

Thomaston, CT

Yes, the robins are back in large numbers....the goldfinches are really yellow....still waiting for the wrens.

Southeastern, NH(Zone 5b)

I missed the goldfinches ... but dh saw them. I have dafs sending the buds up. It is very early for me. I think they'll bloom by Easter with the warm spell that's on the way! : )
