Mine had rust last year too. It was a nasty year for fungal disease with all that wet. If it returns, which it probably will, I will have to spray too. Those dark HH are really pretty. I like HH too much to get rid of them so spraying will be the only answer I guess.
What are YOU looking most foward to??
I am so there
if you read the reviews it can be used on a bunch of shrubs and plants - such as phlox that tends to get fungus
It's Daconil and has been around for years. I use it on my hawthorn.
This is all very helpful. Thanks
Jo Ann, you inspired me to order those dwarf iris---they are such beauties---and the black HH are wonderful---my HH went to rust also, but they are so close to my veggie garden I don't spray---maybe baking soda & milk would help.
I finally remembered the black and yellow banded one."Stripe Three"
Didn't get that one---wish I had!
I went to a local nursery today for a tour. They talked about getting ready for flower shows. It was fun to see all the plants blooming or readt to. I hope I can go to the Boston Show. I've never been.
what nursery meredith?
love that one on the lower left JoAnn
Thats Stripe Three
funny.. but beautiful
Thats the one that caught my eye too!
I am not sure I saw it on Mid Americas catalogue this year but maybe Snowpeaks might have it.
Lake Street Garden Wha. I love that place. : )
Jo Ann
They are gorgeous!
Is Tiny Dancer shorter ? I can picture TD in front of some of my taller orange iris.

Okay it is very hard to resist all this enabling LOL. They are all very nice and I like those little guys, no staking required. Not going to look at that site now but have it bookmarked.
Very pretty GE I planted some of those salmon pearl tulips too, I can't wait to see them! : )
nice!
Wow all gorgeous!
Oh my. Now cut that out. Good thing those beauties must be planted in fall and the iris purchases are for next year, but you don't make waiting easy. Lovely combinations.
I'm just making the enabling even for the clems I bought that I didnt expect to.
WOW, how beautiful.
Those are fantastic combos, Jo Ann! I sent for Aurora Sea, but can't remember the others---did mark them in the garden, however! I even found an iris with my last name!
You go girl.
Aurora Sea in a miniature dwarf iris, so plant it where small plants are easy to see. It is a special little plant.
Mine is with Heuchera as no other plants near it are in bloom.
Its easy to match colors too, when I pair with Heuchs.
Ge1836. I've been meaning to ask, how did you label those plants on your collages????? Patti
Just in case you thought I had a life.
I just watched the end of a garden steak 12 inches hi, just emerge from the snow in the past half hour.
LOL!
and time lapse photos?
