I never use my bread machine, don't like the loaf shape. Maybe I'll get a new one some day. House is too cool to let bread rise the regular way.

Tonight is another kid's choice night... cut up chicken breasts with barbecue sauce and plain white rice and corn! Boooring ;)

homemade mac & cheese... just don't tell Randy I snuck in some cayenne pepper.. he likes food when it's in there... but if he knows it is in there.. he says it's too spicy

I threw a huge piece of pork loin on the coal stove in a dutch oven before lunch and left it slow cook most of the day, whipped up some potatoes, gravy, and shoe peg corn. Nirvana LOL Ric

MMMmm---all sound tasty----took Mom to lunch today, so Red Pepper & Brie soup with ham salad on crackers for us tonight.

Country ribs, sauerkraut, & German potato salad.

Sweet and sour chicken tenders with rice.

Pizza Night! (½ sausage) ☺!

Ha ha me too except we have 1 cheese for the kids and 1 bacon and pineapple! : )

Victor if you ever get to A-bay on the big island try the pizza at the king's court - I beleive it is their hawaiian style ... it has ham and pineapple. I have never tasted anything better in my life. Not just those toppings the pizza was just more delicious than anyother I've ever tasted. I am serious! :P

I love ham and onions, too. very hard to find. Strangely enough had it at an Irish pizza place in Baltimore years ago.

New chicken recipe 'Blanca Chicken Cacciatore'. Pretty easy

Grilled fresh pineapple is yummy---never tried it on pizza, though. We had chili cheddar meatloaf, roasted asparagus, butternut squash---& truffles! The chocolate kind.

... I never tasted real truffles, have to do that sometime!! (I wonder how they taste like! lol!)

Pork chops pan fried in 2TBS of light olive oil, plain white rice, small red beans in a tomato base seasoned with Italian herbs and diced pumpkin, Spinach and tomato salad on the side.
