Flowers, is that a gloss finish or is that paint just wet?

Well color didn't show up Phooey, Here is the boarder I am gonna put up probably around the middle of the walls. It has dark green, blue and plum , and white to match carpet, curtains, and other wall I'm gonna do in dark green.

No , its still wet Venice. But is a semi gloss that I thought I was gonna use in the bathroom. Did the color come in for you?

This Wall is gonna be dark green, to hopefully tone down the brightness and will be in flat paint. This wall goes on past the window

That was me with the wandering jew, Venice. My avon lady gave me a start, and it grew. I put it outside for the summer, and made sure I had some good potting soil for it. I think it was miracle grow potting soil. It loves the sun.

Flowers, I don't think the flat paint will show the texture of the wall paper as much. Sorry I can't really tell the color of the paint in the photo. That is a big job. I have not even painted a wall before.

Flowers, I know if I was painting walls, I would have it all over the carpet, over all furniture, and all over myself and probably Kitty too!

She gave me a couple pieces, maybe 3, that were a few inches long each.

Had a picture of Gidjet with paint on her but it didn't down load for some reason. I've got it all over me too. I see the color came in on some of the other photos. That stripe in the wall didn't show up in the print that was on there, only after I painted. Hummmm

Hey Smiley, gonna go fix me up a meat loaf, got beans in the crock pot.

Flowers, what kind of beans do you have in your crock pot. I have never done dried beans in one.

Just pintos Venice. I wash and power boil them in baking soda first then rinse and boil again and put in crock pot with a little bacon grease and salt and let them cook most of the day, that way I don't have to worry about them boiling dry and scorching like I do if I cook them on the stove.

Moon, where are you??? See 5:31 today. I made these little flags to ID my plants. I will just write on the back of the paper and put another piece of tape over it. They didn't take long to do. I can only use them inside. But I can map where I put things outside. I think that will work.

Shove everything one way and paint aound it. Always have more paint on me than the wall and never fails I will step in it before I am done.
I'm sure it will look fine when you are done. Borders always make a big difference in the way something looks.

I used wood skewers that I had and cut them in thirds. If they get to be too short, I will split them at the bottom so them will hold. I have only done 33 so far. I want to do at least 100. I have 138 sticks I have cut that are left. So that should work. I might even have enough tape to finish.

Venice, you use the plugs to start at anytime, and if it is too soon to put them in the ground, just transplant them into 4 in pots. Here is some info for starting seeds in your zone. Those are cool tags for your seed trays.

Joy...popcorn ceilings here are composed of tiny styrofoam pellets about the size of birdshot mixed with a thin set compound and sprayed on the ceiling. If you touch it, tiny bits flake off everywhere. It was a cost saving venture as the sheetrock/gypsum installers do not have to hand float the finish on the ceiling, they can just tape the seams and spray.
