What have you ordered 2010 #2.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Finally finished. Ordered 15 different varieties. I always end up ordering more than I intended.

Moscow, ID(Zone 5a)

isn't that the goal? =:0)

Moscow, ID(Zone 5a)

Rooguchi - you'll love it.
I was surprised at how many flowers it put out in its first year.
Another SilverStar Vinery lovely....

What ones did you get Victor?
Of course I had to look again... I just LOVE Saturn's Rings and Sparkler is soooo cool looking and different, or how about Twist and Twirl......or how about?......sheesh there are just sooooo many I like.

Moscow, ID(Zone 5a)

Are you ordering direct from them or is there a co-op in the works?
Every year i spend too much at Rosy Dawn - but they're soooo worth it!

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

I haven't ordered from them but am tempted.
The only co op I've seen was a Helebore one.

Moscow, ID(Zone 5a)

those are plentiful here. Coleus - well, it is a bit early for them (have to remember it's still january...) and i don't ever see a great selection in the nursuries until Mid - May. Rosy Dawn fulfills my need for coloured foliage.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Not looking. I have too many perennials on the way to add annuals on top of them to get planted. They will have to come from my few local nursery trips to spend gift cert. All the soil amendments, fertilizer and any plants that accidently fall in the wagon will get paid for with the GC from Christmas.
Katye that is a pretty pic of Rooguchi. I am so looking forward to them.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Allison (of course!), Beckwith's Gem, Black Beauty, Cantigny Royale, Dexter, Felix, Flamingo, Gays Delight, Jo Jo, Mahogany Giant, Peter Wonder, Saturn, Sorcerer, Theater Velvet and Wild Lime.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Pretty, worth the effort.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

just hope they grow stronger this year... last year was not that good

Hannibal, NY(Zone 6a)

Geraniums are pretty hard to grow from seed, aren't they Allison? So you're doing well. Have you started the perennials ones, too?

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

i lost many new plants

Hannibal, NY(Zone 6a)

That sure happens. That just means they were not meant to be for your garden, and something better was. Although I must say I lost many meconopsis before I finally got one to take. Usually I just give up.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

I was just saying this morning I needed some hardy geraniums ... I think I got one last year at a swap though...

last years germinated and grew well.. but only a few bloomed.. and bloomed late in the season... a friend told me to take cuttings of the seedlings & the babies will be stronger than momma.. figured it was worth one more try.. and if anything I will try and overwinter more maybe those will be good the year after.. I have two I saved from last year.. see how it goes

Newport News, VA(Zone 11)

Nice germinating allison! Hope they stay strong for you. I grew one hardy geranium last year and loved it. Will be doing more this year.
Nice coleus choices. heres some of my favorites
