Dutch iris (bulbus) I have seen ads for it.

Love the shot, Flowerjen. I planted 10 of them 2007 and it was lovely, but sparse last year. Iris x hollandica 'Eye of the Tiger' Patti

Great photo WC! There is a wild rosebush a few feet from my door--they grow everywhere around here. Capt. Kirk didn't know it was wild--kept chopping it up and spraying it with God knows what--hope he didn't kill it!

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

oooooooo! Did I mention oooooooooo? Luvly pics with incredible blues and yellows and pinks. One of my fav columbines; bright in full shade. Prolific self seeder (will collect this year to share).

LOL! Thanks, I have one that came with the house, very aggressive climber, invasive to a degree. Had canes 20' high in a juniper when I got here. I decided to keep it, cut it down to 8-10' high, - glad I did!

Land of OZ, CT(Zone 6a)

The eye of the tiger is deep purple, I find it doesn't flower for very long, but very pretty when it does. Got that from Brecks about 5 years ago.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

It's stunning.

I prefer one stunning, regardless of how briefly it blooms, to anything boring that hangs around for weeks or months.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

D-nut love ballerina!
Pirl ..wow that is such a great bright color!!

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

Sofonisba, That is one tulip that I must have each year. Antoinette is fascinating as it goes through it's color changes. Patti

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

Patti, I love it. Wish I could replace it every year. It never comes back for me.

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

I buy a 10 new ones each year and hope for more of the old ones to return. They are in a bed that I don't water much, so they have a better chance to return. I have my fingers crossed for both of us. Patti

I have to plant the pansies in a spot where I see them often to deadhead. If they are in a more difficult spot, I forget.

I loved this Geum triflorum in 2008, but I don't recall them last year....I will hope they are back in 2010. But I think I planted them in the wrong spot. I will try again if NASAMI FARM has them again.

I wish my violas jumped back better too. Patti
