Hope everyone is enjoying the Holiday. I started looking at cameras, and one of the stores has beginner type photography lessons. I'm thinking I'll go for it :-)
I can't take credit for designing or planting this. Native Mountain Laurel in full bloom, courtesy of Mother Nature. It grows wild all thruout the property. Terri
What a wonderful spot.
Cute card JoAnn. Victor another interesting close-up shot. Very pretty tulips Onewish and WC. Wish the critters didn't eat so many of mine. The park scene looks very inviting. Lucky Polly to be able to visit there a few times a year. Looks like Venu has been having a merry holiday! LOL. Nice dahlias JJ and JoAnn, won't it be nice to see them again. And the mountain laurel is just beautiful. You really can't beat mother nature can you. Lilacs mmm so nice. What a lovely pic of them. I definitely need more.
Here is a pic of the lower garden path in early May. The daffs and pjm rhodo are just finished and a lot of growth is happening to the early summer perennials like daylilies and hosta. The bleeding heart up top of pic is just beginning to bloom as is the bergenia.
beautiful pathway
Just incredible pictures everyone. I so love when there are pictures in almost every reply....LOL
I'm such a picture junkie when it comes to seeing how others put their ideas to work.

Luvs, is that one of the 'Icicle Series' pansy's? I have some that color and they can take a frost or two. I love them because they are so resilent!

Those colours look grand together.

A lovely scene JoAnn, both of them. LOL.
D-nut posts a dahlia, sure is a beauty and looks like a peppermint candy cane.
That nice bright pansy just makes you smile. I have ordered some orange violas for spring. Can't wait to see that sunny look in the garden.
Third time's the charm Bill and well worth waiting for too. Is that the big rock you rolled across the yard? Really nice spot to sit and watch the sunflowers grow.
Victor you captured those bright red twigs and lime green leavs perfectly. Very Christmas colors pretty.
Thanks - Yes, I was continuing the Christmas theme.
That is a beautuful tulip scene Wha!

wha,,,,, so sorry, thanks so much for sharing the source..... so does your DW garden?
moving that rock makes my back ache..... LOL but when it was all done I'm sure the work was worth it as it makes that spot so complete. My DH wants BIG rocks in our yard.... he says if I'm going to keep making it harder for him to mow he might as well have something he wants in the yard...teee heee
Janet
