Looks like a party hat, Jo!
Fusion is just for fun.
Thanks, Pirl. Great color on that tulip. Nice side-lighting.
I always said that too, Jo, but was told it was also for procreation!

"Silent he sits"?
Just waiting for another chance to spring forth with bon mots of witt and merriment.
you watch him Pirl.
Here is a perfect Christmas tulip, 'Flaming Spring Green' in May. I might try to force some next year for xmas. I think it makes my top 5 of favorite tulips. Though I can be fickle. I buy a few of it each year.
Off to get a tree stand, we will put the tree up tomorrow. Kind of laid back this year. Patti
Just love it.
Hi all. I usually hang out in the Mid Atlantic forum (live in Virginia), but have recently been browsing thru your posts in the NorthEast forum too. You guys sure seem to have a lot of fun. This shot is of peonies 'Vivid Rose' - usually bloom around Memorial Day and have a wonderful fragrance. Terri
Welcome Terri! Please post anytime - especially on this thread with more shots like that! Very nice. And the statue shows how we feel some spring!
Love that statue!
What an exuberant picture.
Must plant more tulips---although they always look better in someone else's garden! Nice photo, Terri---Victor, you are a bad boy----coal in your stocking!
Great shots everyone! Welcome Terri! Joyce is from Virginia too! Love those peonies. It's hard to choose a favorite flower, but I think peonies rank up there for me.
Ooops. Forgot a pic. Daffs. These smelled fantastic. I'm so sad though, because they never returned. I think they were the less hardy narcissus. Boo Hoo!!
Tomorrow morning DS and I will be flying to New Mexico for the holiday break. I'll check in when I can while I'm gone!
Merry Christmas, Happy Hannuka, Happy Kwanzaa, Happy New Year Everyone!
Harper
