I have enough issues just trying to stay upright on my feet I could just hear the laughter now when I do a yoga pose and fall over on my face....but they say laughter is good exercise too....LOL

yeah, I don't want to go on no stinkin' treadmill! too strenuous! Not like I don't need it....

I look like the stay puft marshmallowman...lotsa layers! my little 95 pound butt probably puts on 10 pounds of clothes to go outside when it gets cold

some friends of mine (retired Navy captain and his wife) we use todo yoga together and there is one pose they tried to teach me, but because my central nervous system is so whacked I fall over every time something about having to put my head back makes me pass out, feild sobriety tests where you gotta put your head back and touch your nose does the same thing, trying to wash my hair in the shower...same result so I don't do showers anymore

I don't know my yoga styles, but one is style is based in meditation more than the others. I can do that for meditation and we can do the Tai chi for slow, steady movement.

How does that sound Moon? Then no one has to be a pretzel.

Speaking of, I need to go surf for a pretzel recipe. Not soft pretzels, but regular hard crunchy ones. (won't be as easy to tell if I screw up the recipe .. snort)
