I apologize to everyone...it is no secret that my step son blake has issues, this evening he decided to take a swing at me....in my anger I left not realizing he had actually hit me, unfortunately my nose got broke, but maybe now we can get him the help he needs.

and no I probably shouldn't have said that in an open forum, but I do truly hope that now the assistance programs he actually needed will work...yes my face hurts, but it's not the first time I've had my nose broke, probably won't be the last as I am accident prone, but since he had to be "a danger to himself or others" to get help, well then a broken nose over being told to clean his room is a very small price to pay if it means we can now get him the help he needs and has asked for in the past...I'm just thankful it was me and not one of the younger kids he chose to hit, I at least know how to defend myself, I was just afraid I was going to hurt him, so I chose to leave the house, because I know I have a very 'explosive' temper when pushed that far, it just takes a lot to get me there

Dixie, Flowers...Good Morning Y'all.....Sorry to say, for you guys, it is 66 outside right now with a little fog....but supposed to be in the 30's tonight, mid 50's tomorrow and settle into low 60's for a couple of days.....Louisiana....home of the rollercoaster weather...we did get almost 5 inches of rain yesterday....

It rained here most of the night, but sunny and 45 degrees with cold moving in by late evening. Hope Kassy is safe and snug too.

Guys, I don't think Kassy has even left work yet...know she has to get clients up and dressed and fed and off to Day programs, so don't think she gets home til mid-morning. At least it is daylight for the drive home.

Us too Moon,in the 60's here...Even a warm wind blowing. I havnt listened to any weather this mornng. But conditions tell me to look out, more bad on the way.

The problem is you turn on the heat and when you wake up the a/c is trying to kick on....the utility company loves it....grin

I hear ya Dixie...makes it so hard to plan for anything...kids are going to school with jackets and umbrellas. fighting over shorts or pants....and then coming home without because they are in lockers...and they need them the next morning...backseat of the truck looks like a coat closet...grin
