If there is one good thing about Louisian it is the shrimp. Right Moon.
On the ham and eggs, back up the forum, I'll take mine fried with a side of grits.
Vou le vous parlez avec moi, Gypsies
What's a Madonna bra? Some new kind of tool.
Hi Jim don't recognize that one, but did the other, one except I thought it was choo choo's all in a row
Daughter just came with baby. Be back in a while.....
Fella came by today with a load of shrimp....had those 10-12 to a pound size....just beautiful....MIL just sent DHJim home with 20 LBS ready for the freezer....ah well, freezer full and free, what can i say....
Hugs and hugs to the baby Dixie....grin
mmm hmmm Flowers I've seen those cone bras of the 50's....Madonna didn't invent those lol
JJ TSO has a couple different groups that travel round at once.
Jim you are WAY before my time now.....
Man do you know how much shrimp is here??? I can't count that high.
Nothing like like shrip fresh out of the Gulf, still kicking. Or for that matter, to open fresh oysters, open them and eat them right off the shell with only the sea water in side for seasoning. Now that is high on the hog.
Thanks Lynnie thought they also had a magic trick LOL
Have room in my freezer Moon.
OOPs I was wrong Jim it is puffer bellies

This wasn't a bad deal, he was asking $3.95 a pound.....just wish I had had some freezer space. Perfect size for Kebabs and grilling/stuffing....yummy
must have been Marylin Monroe then Lynnie lol
Lynnie, my daughter and son both are older than you. My oldest granddaughter is probably not to far behind you.
That's too funny Jim! As soon as shoulder pads were mentioned I thought of that.
Flowers, I'm in. I can bring some of that yummy snack mustard in the recipes forum. I put some on my egg salad sammy yesterday.
When Rachel catches up, they just played "her song".
Cute JJ, catchy too chuga chuga choo choo
$3.95/lb for shrimp?? Up here it's on sale for a minimum $11.95/lb, and that's frozen.
I remember Marlyn Monroe. She didn't need any help. Norma Jean had it all.
Moon, it just so happens that I just bought another deep freeze last week. Be happy to store 40 or 50 pounds of shrimp for you. You have been so nice to me the least I can do to repay you.
here we go again...
♪ the wheels on the bus go round & round...
Come on yall we can sit by the fire and sing Christmas carols, Jim your invited too
Stand in line Jim I offered first. ^_^
My mom & I watched a Marilyn Monroe movie last weekend, with Clark Gable. The Misfits. Strange movie.
It wasn't to bad having four older sisters. I had the only double barreled sling shot on the block.
You start Flowers, I have till 4:30, it's too cold to swim & too warm to snow. Got allllll the time in the world.
Darn! Moon! I forgot the bank! BRB
The windows on the bus go up and down.....grin
Aww, Jim, I don't know what I would do without friends like you and JJ....grin I'll go find this guy and get those packed up right away....thank you go much....maniacal laughter in the background....grin
Marlyn wasn't bad hitting that ball on the paddle. The Misfits was a terrible movie except for that.
The horn on the bus goes beep, beep beep...
Beware Moon, Jims slingshot days are kicking in HIDE THE SHRIMP!!! lol
lol Jim......
Moon I'll help with the shrimp (jar of cocktail sauce in hand) *grin*

DS had a really cute wheels on the bus book. It had push/pull levers, etc.. By the time DD was done, I had taped the darned thing up & hid it away in his baby box. She.. the destroyer of all things delicate..
Just pack them in dry ice and over night them. They will be ok. I'll even sample them to make sure. Would't want to take a chance on you eating bad shrimp.
Funny no one commented on the raw oysters. Gues you Yanks, never had um like that.
Yeah, one kid's treasures are another's teething toy....pages soggy and torn....grin
Hey Jim have you been reading about the possible ban on raw oysters? Half the state will go into a riot....grin
Jim, my son loves oysters, he's 19. Any which way he can. Truthfully, I never got past the looks of them.
And I think of Alice in Wonderland..... and all those baby oysters being led to their death...
Had a big, tall black boy that road my bus. First one on and the last one off every day. I asked him one day, "Tag, do you know what a slingshot is?" "Yes Sir," he replied. "Do you know what we white folks call them?" "Yes Sir." "What do you black folks call them?" His reply, "Honky Shooters." Love that kid. Told his mom last week, that when he comes in for Christmas, he better come see me.
Just a little quality control there Jim....grin Sure Lynnie, I can use your freezer too...lol So let me see, I need at least a hundred pounds of shrimp, a few pounds of dry ice and a permit to cross state lines for JJ and Lynnie....no problem...keep your eyes out for UPS....grin
Lynnie cool was like the forth of July on stage lol. Oysters, yuk they are slimy. Smilely gotta watch that movie again, don't remember the oysters in the hole lol
Wow Lynnie that was something.
Didn't expect to see all that hair.
Looked like my hubby there for a minute. LOL
Us "good ole boys" like to live dangerous. That's why we eat raw oysters. A salesman friend of my brother in law, was going to New Orlenes on a business trip a few years ago. Went by and picked up his dad and carried him with him. Went to an oyster bar the first night. Got some bad oysters. The dad died and the son is still in a coma.
And i bet he will Jim. Sounds like a kid with a good sense of humor.
Jim my DH will eat oysters like that. Then he has to sleep in the spare room.. YUCK
Will be waiting Moon.....
