All running around in camo. I dont want to ask to many questions you can tell theres tention in the Poo Villa. Any thing could set em off. Grin

I spent time at 2 GW stores today. I got 4 books for my son, Donald Trump, Dave Lonaberger (the basket man!), Sam Walton (Walmart man), and Bill gates. I couldn't find any historical biographies but will look in another store tomorrow.

I also got a new twisty brass candlestick for me, same as the last one but shorter.

Couldn't find any for GD that were in good condition. I found The Secret Garden on the Internet but I am confused. One is a 1998 edition and another is a 2004 edition from different publishers. The first one has 127 more pages than the 2004 one. I am thinking that the 1998 one would be better. What do you think???

1998 is unedited, 2004 is updated and changed to fit the movie...That's my Favorite book!

So why is the 2004 one better?

I might have seen the movie on TV. The boy is sickly and stays in the house. Only the girl know where the garden is but it is unkept. She coaches the boy to come out of the house and see the garden. I foget the rest but they make the garden beautiful. Is that it?

Are the pictures different?

yeah pretty much that's the movie, but they changed a few things in the movie from the book, so when they reissued the book in 2004 someone decided to put those changes in the book, and they weren't good to begin with I have like 6 prints of the book, (my book problem is almost as bad as my plant problem...LOL)

Trina, why do you have so many copies of the same book?

lets see I have a first edition print, I have a leather bound print my grandfather got me that is autographed, when ever my mom or sister find a really old print version of the book for cheap they pick it up for me, like I said my favorite book of all time, but I like really old books....I went to GW yesterday and got me some hooded zip up sweat shirts...it's getting cold here! yuck I hate cold!
