Neal - thanks, but I already have either miyazaki or her twin sister, so please let someone else have it.

Star, after that 2-footed piggy dance, I'll have to see if I can find more cultivars, so I can see you do it again. Wonder if the name is wrong on that delphinium. Thanks.

Tcs, you should be getting bonus points for putting that list together!

I think diamond919... may have changed her mind. I do wonder what's happened to Meredith, esp. as she's usually around.

oh thats nice..better than searching thru the threads :))

Seale, AL(Zone 8b)

Wow.. That cool tcs. what a great ide a and tiem saver specialy when somebody posts her e they adde d somethign and ya nee d to try and beat another piggy out . heheheheheh

Some may be waitign on seed s to coem or dryign of their seeds. Diamonds. I think is just doign part 2 of the swap. The oen for one.

GardenQuilt s dmailed and aske d in and sent ok back think she may stil be up in the air. Not sure cuz have sen her on another swap.

I gona giv e them a little bit more time to join in, if don't hear anythign wil dmail them and then either keep or remove them.

Only oen I really not sur e of is bdgardens. Wonde r if they forgot. They may need a dmail now.

Before I forget again, wante d to remidn this for folks that gettign the Geranium seeds for gernination.

G. bohemicum Orchid Blue. Needs sowed and kept 2 weeks at 70F, then put in fridge or keep at spot of 40F for 4 weeks then 50F for 4 more weeks.

All others, EXCEPT Splish Splash, Sow . Keep moist that means just barely et to touch and keep at 40F for 4 weeks then put wher e they get temps of 70-80F

For Splish Splash you want to just sow and keep around 65-70F

Now a fe w weeks ago I started some Splish Splash. Starte d them inside in sterile seed startign mix and put in baggy. Had a few germinate and soon as first two germinated took out of baggy. Was havign trouble getting the other s to germinate. So put otuside and let sit in seed tray in the sun and the rain. Temps were in the 65-70 degree range adn think the rain really helped cuz then they starte dsprouting. They do sprout irregularly.

This first pic is two new seedlings that have popped up. The opne on the left wil get priced out today and put with.....

Just wante d to throw that otu there before I forget again

Hey if ya find mroe may even do the piggy rump dance. LOL

Star, thanks for the geranium germination info. And if that rump dance is a promise, will definitely find more astilbe for you. But can you send pics of it? - will be a bit hard to see it from here.

Leesburg, FL(Zone 9b)

OK -- i used that "stuff" as a new post... but closed it... also added the link to the page at the top of the thread.

Monticello, KY(Zone 6b)

Per Me you find extra astbile that Star doesn't want you pitch them my way and I'll join her in the rump dancing.

tcs thanks for your hard work to make this easier for us. I thought of that but you beat me to it.

Seale, AL(Zone 8b)

Jamaica Plain, MA(Zone 6a)

Mindy, if that's a promise, I'll see what I can do.
Star, will be looking forward to it.

Neal, would you mind letting me know what I've oinked from you, as I think I may have forgotten to write it down. I know I oinked for Benary's giant zinnia at least. And would you toss some sweet basil in my bucket, please? I think I may have missed my own seeds, as I haven't gotten down to the community garden for a while.

Leesburg, FL(Zone 9b)

Colchie -- you had made a new thread with a few seeds...
http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/p.php?pid=7232118

I think you should edit it out and add it to your original list, so people can see it there, especially if they go to the LINK of your list.

dont want anyone to miss them.

Winchester, KY(Zone 6a)

I will definitely pass along that "xo," wind!

Hey, I just posted new photos of my favorite little flower... see the top of the new thread... http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1055956/

Canton,IL &Dent Coun, MO(Zone 5b)

beautiful little baby....want a teenager? I have 5 I can spare one...LOL

Trenton, MI(Zone 5b)

Oh, I feel an oink coming, but I really shouldn't. But I've been looking at it for about a week. There is only one packet left, oh, I really want it .... I'll wait and not be a Total Piggy! I'm not saying how much longer I can wait ....
and I'm not going to tell what it is, so one of you can go and Oink it from me!

Critter, I left a little note on your little flowers thread. smile

Jamaica Plain, MA(Zone 6a)

Oh go ahead and oink toofew! I doubt you're near the limit, and after all, you're here to be a piggy, aren't you?

Trenton, MI(Zone 5b)

Not going to Oink for it yet PM. lol

I do have a question though .... I just read on a web site that Zinnia's are a hummingbird flower.
Have any of you ever seen a hummingbird on a zinnia?

never

Vashon, WA(Zone 8a)

Oh, boy a new list: thanks bs gardens! I'd love to oink for amaryllis red lion, red castor bean. (i grew some this year but by the time the pods are ready they're all moldy and the shells are empty), datura metel mix, and bloomsdale spinach

Hey you guys, I have giant zinnias pink and yellow and the hummers were all over them this summer. My hummers go after anything blooming. They were all over them.

i guess with the salvias and the agastaches i have they leave the others alone.

Trenton, MI(Zone 5b)

very interesting!

Leesburg, FL(Zone 9b)

I dont get hummers here... **sniff**
but oddly, i get them in Wisc. I wish I had more 'hummer plants' for the shade.

I did see them on my Impatiens... that and the feeder... OH, once on a hosta bloom.

Simpsonville, SC(Zone 7b)

I had hummers on my pink (purple prince) Zinnias last year! The goldfinches loved them too. Didn't have them in the same place this year, so didn't see. Also had salvia and mexican bush sage this year, so they went for that first!

Jackson, SC(Zone 8a)

star sent you dmail.
