Went to thread beautiful plants. I am a Paralegal for a local attorneys office. Guess I haven't ever mentioned what I do. I've been there for the last 21 years. I've cut back some now just,part time. This week is going to be a busy one though.

oh Dixie after all that rain, it froze overnight, there were a ton of accidents, I got to work late. Safe, though, so that's ok. Too early to sand the roads, woulda knocked out their budget.

It's just getting started today was the first day. I don't think it will be a lengthy trial. I pretty much know that the jury will find the scum bag guilty. He wanted the girl friend more than the wife and kids. That type.

Lynn, we have a farm about 15 miles from here that grows pumpkins to sell. They always go way above and beyond to get everyones attention. One year they used the other bails of hay, and built a tractor with them and painted it green and had a skeleton painted driving it.
They have also done a totem pole of round bales of hay and made them look like 3 pumpkins on top of each other.
I'll have to see if I can find my pictures from the past years.
They also have a turkey made out of a round bale of hay too, besides the bat. I couldn't get close enough for the turkey at that time.
Will try again when I go back up there

ok I got start at smileys, swing by dixies, hit venice's, make a trip to moons, and fly to Hawaii to take a sampling from Dave's yard.....and then go visit tropicbreeze and bring home some souvenirs....LOL

I take it dixie is not a paralegal for the defense. That would be a tough job.
Thought about going to school to to that when the factory closed and I could go to school for free, but after talking to a few paralegals decided not to. Didn't want to do all the work while the lawyer collected all the money. :)

Bagless sweeper does not work good for these, they just crawl around and fly away if you try to open it to dump them. Grrr

I'm sorry JJ when I lived In Littleton I was right next to a grain elevator I had those stupid things everywhere, even in my flour!

So you catch them, then what? Aren't ladybugs suppose to be good for your garden?

lady bugs yes but these aren't lady bugs, they released a whole bunch of these japanese beetles things a while back to take care of something (don't remember what though) but now they've mated with lady bugs and made some obnoxious bug which eats everything
