No, not damp...they need to be kept dry, and cool, if you don't want them to grow...probably between 40-50, in paper, not plastic bags, or they will rot. I have had the small ones dry up, if they weren't done this way

Charleen, I think I'm gonna get off of here and go mow some leaves. The back yard is almost covered again. And I love having them to add to my nasty soil.....leaves and manure...ahhhhh...heaven on earth...lol. I will be back on after supper..Later..bye

Hi all!
I cleaned seeds last night until after midnight, then went straight to bed. The dining room table is stuffed with drying seeds. Do any of you want some? The Love Lies Bleeding is a cool looking plant, and I have a ton of seeds. I have 1 Pineapple Lily that I have been watching for her seeds to ripen. The rest are the usual: Nicotiana, Calendula, Agastache, 4 o'clocks (I am looking for the blue and red), Becky Shasta Daisy, Crocosmia, Popsickle Lupine, Guardian Blue Delphinium, Can't remember the rest...
I will try the Log method to propagate one of the Brugs. It would be cool to get more than one plant so I can share it with a friend. Her 92 year old grandma (she still lives alone), heard a noise, and found a man in her house. He had broken a window, stole her tv, purse, meds, and fled when he saw her. Thank God, it could have been so much worse. That is so scary, they live 5 minutes away from me, on a secluded hillside. We are rural, with a false sense of immunity from crime. Long story short, I would like to give her something cool to cheer her up. She has 1 Brug (Eagle Tree), but it has yet to bloom.
Do you need a log? LYnn? I have a NOID with a great bloom you can have a piece of.
I will send you one cut above the Y. Let me know.
Charleen
Charlene, that would be great of you. Tell me how to pay you.
I see you are in the Piggy Swap this year. Last year was my first time, it is a blast.
I have a lot of shrubs and perennials that I can take cuttings and send to you.
Thanks a lot!!!
O.K. I am back, got a lot of work done today, I still have work to do, but I thought I would take a break, check in, I have started a new thread, if anyone wants to join me, I have been clipping, getting my basement in order, Apricot moonflowerr has come out of it's shock from being dug up, a lot of them are drooping, but they will be fine
