the biggest hypertuffa pot I have made tommorrow I can pot a Pic of I have prickly pear catcus in it, I leave all year,I have never made one for my Brugs, I think you have to make many small pot to get it down pat on how to make a big
one, it's not something that you can do overnight, it takes awhile, to add just the right amount for something bigger
your question about 2 pots being your mold, that would work, it gives you the right amount to mix to make a pot the size of the one in my pic, if you want one bigger you have to adjust the amout you use

that chain link fence is 4 ft tall so you can see NOL towers over it, I just know it's going to be a pain to dig up, but by 4.pm, I will have it dug up & in the basement, because the SK is up against the garage, if it starts to get colder I will cover it with a sheet, I want to see the rest of the blooms open

You know I have never seen a Hummingbird in the bloom and if they did go in there you would
never see them. I have seen them hover outside the bloom and look at them. It is 55 degrees today but the rain has stopped for
awhile. got LP put in tank, but it is so nice don't need heat or air. Wondeful. making soup for supper, just throw things in crock pot and let her rip.

Charleen, Got your box!! I love, love, love the little witch with her frog! Girl you can paint! Did I tell you that I love frogs?Well, I do! She is sooooo cute! I have the perfect spot for her. I have a small window on each side of the front door, with nice deep window sills. I put her there.That way all the trick or treaters can see her, when they come up the walk.You sent more cannas than I was expecting, but I'm so glad, because those are my favorite kind! They will grow fairly tall, when there is plaenty of moisture and you will love the bloom. It is Orange.
Bad thing is, it doesn't make seed, good thing is, it makes rhizones. So it is a good plant.

Charleen, I hadn't found the house, because I still had the cannas in the box, sitting on the table.I'm glad that I hadn't filled the box with peat yet, to store them, over winter. It is adorable! You didn't make that too, did you...I am going to hang it on my new little dwarf date palm, that I got in the tropical swap...love that plant too

I remember when I first started swapping plants...so many of my mainstays came from early swaps, and I have learned so much, by having to look them up and read about them. I've been swapping plants for close to 10 years, but it is hard now, because postage has gotten so high.It pays most of the time to use flat rate boxes and swap for multiples.
Wish you could have lifted Elizabeth's box. I put several of those big canna rizomes in, in case she wanted to use them in her pots..Her box weighed over 10 lbs. I laughed and told my husband that we were finally getting out money's worth from the PO..lol. Thanks, so much, Charleen, you're like family, girl!... :^)

Speaking of pups..well, Baby will be 3 in Nov, but she is little(11 lbs.) and spoiled. She is not used to me being on the puter this much in the evenings.She can't be on my lap, when I'm typing, and she has started just bumping my leg,when she wants on my lap....sometimes it gets nerve racking, but I'm the one that spoiled her...lol She's the little black and white long haired one that I sent you a pic of in an e-mail a long time ago.She is a mammas girl!

i learned to type in high school. I am not a fast typer, but I get it done.
But sure do it, sometimes I get letters messed up and have to go back and change

I just got done digging up the last 2 Brugs, good thing too, it's suppose to be a hard freeze Sunday night, the weather man said sheets wouldn't do any good, that the tender plants would freeze to the ground anyway, so I got busy, had a buch of buds knocked off, while I was carrying them through the yard, I put them in the MG bags that I saved, that way I can pot them up in the basement & no mess, would you believe I got those last 2 out of the ground by myself, there's still a lot of houseplants to go in, by tommorrow, the will all be in, then I can work on trimming them, I took most of the leaves off them before they went to the basement
