I brought my elephant ear and mandevella in today, didn't want to but feared the cooler weather would mess them up for sure.

Its very pretty with buds that open to flowers about the size of petunias. They vine out and can trellis them or even had another color in hanging basket. They bloom all summer long

hey venice I bought enough seeds to share or trade so don't think I'm planting all 500 of them!

I don't think I can use any tropical seeds. I only have a few plants inside but once I plant seeds inside for spring, I will fill all the space I have and more.

Save your seeds for your plant sale. I keep forgetting also, when is that weekend that you will be selling seeds?

By the way, do you or someone else want some Italian Green Broccoli Raab?

Does anyone grow veggies other than tomatoes, peppers, squash, cucumbers, etc.?

Where on DG do I find those kind of seeds?

DG Marketplace...but hold on to your wallet...it's not that their expensive, cause most are not hence the 500 seeds, it's that they add up before you know what happened! Like a kid in a candy store

I am not interested in buying seeds!!! I just wanted to check out your oriental poppy. It grows in Zone 6. So I will pass on that one. I really have enough seeds with everyone else sharing their seeds and stuff.

I only have about 6 tomatoes seed so for sure I am keeping all of those.

I also have bush beans, red beets, red cabbage. I like all of those. But I may not plant all the seeds because of space. I must have 40 cabbage seeds. About 20 beets. About 12 beans.

It is the space that is my concern. I will have to evaluate everything and carefully lay out how I want to plant them. You know according to height, width, bloom time, color, etc.
I have plenty of time to decide how I want to do my tiny garden before spring is here!
