At least 25 motorcyclists just went by the house---in the pouring rain---that's my only consolation about winter---no motorcycles! I love our dam, but sometimes it's a nuisance when touring groups take the shortcut past our house---when we moved here, about 25 cars---tops---would pass by---now?
I was driving in the rain today and saw a number of motorcycles and classic cars pass by in the pouring rain. I was thinking I would not want to be riding a motorcycle today!

I would too, if I was a biker. I used to do a lot of bicycle riding. Never liked riding in the rain.

How's this for a really dumb rule? The Yankees get to decide when they play the winner of the -play-in' game between the Twins and Tigers - either Wednesday or Thursday! Duh - like they will give them a day's rest. If it's an extra-inning game, they should leave their uniforms on!

I watch it on satelite irisMA if it's on. One of my fav July 4th things.
