I know---only 5 points away from glory----Frazer & Lutrus are both awful losses to the team.
Brought most of the houseplants in. It's supposed to frost tonight. Left a few out. They're headed for the compost anyway. They're not pulling their weight! They gotta be pretty, you know?
Then I unhooked the TV, modem, phone, router, DVD player, Xbox, VCR and Roku player (plays Netflix movies). Then cleaned them and assembled them together on a different cabinet. All these wires have driven me insane!!! I have internet, good thing, because my mind is gone!
good news the light & music show went off without a hitch.... here are some previews... we already had people stopping to check it out and commenting ... gotta love it

i finally gave in yesterday and bought some cheater glasses to be able to read the paper at breakfast instead of taking guesses of the fuzzy shapes i was looking at. wife now says i look like my old man - may not wear them again :)
Sun just broke through, & it's 46 out there--not pleasant, but not SNOW---UGH---I don't care if I never see snow again! Louise, I, too, am sorry we are going to be so far away in FL---especially stuck without a car---we'll get around with the golf cart in the Villages---if we rent a car, maybe we'll get to Fort Myers! Hugs to Hank--hope he's better soon. Allison, I'd pick your house for trick-or-treat!

Like the design and always a sucker for new inventions. The vacuum has been a godsend with my shedding dogs but this would be an extravagance, unless it blows both hot and cold air.... and quick freezes food....... and blows the leaves off my lawn.....
... and makes a good omelet. It's cool looking though.
Yes - it's extravagant but I do admire the technology. Like the Segway and Kindle - cool stuff I would probably never get, but am impressed with.
