Thought for the Day: (Part Deaux)
Sorry I've been gone. Lisa was here from Arizona and I really didn't take the time to come by here.
It will be so good when she can relocate here. A couple of days a month together is just not good for a marriage.
Saturday Thought for the Day:
If there must be trouble, let it be in my day that my child may have peace.--Thomas Payne
"Never go to bed mad. Stay up and fight".

ROFL!! She was a corker!
You better cut the pizza in four pieces because I'm not hungry enough to eat six
Glad you haven't run out of pictures, Dale!
GOOD MONDAY MORNING EVERYBODY!!!!
Monday Thought for the Day:
Life is a sexually transmitted disease and the mortality rate is one hundred percent.
I received this in an e-mail from Dawn (hellnzn11)
'The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help.'-Ronald Reagan
Did you see this one in today's DG newsletter? Nice play on the gardening theme.
One day I will burst my bud of calm and blossom into hysteria. -- Unknown
That's a cute one KC!
So many great thoughts for the day here that I'm going to have to make myself a list of them.
O.K. I've been lurking enough, had to put in my two cents worth. Love the thread.
It's never too late to have a happy childhood. But the second one is up to you and no one else.
I sometimes think I skipped most of the first one, so I'm making sure the second lasts. Good one, Sis!
Mom's doing the same thing, still keeping it going at 95!!
Finally have a quote to share!
We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.
Wish I knew who to attribute it to!
Angie
We'll just attribute it to you then.
Teilhard de Chardin....
I had a rather strange experience with that quote years ago. We were on our way up to Idyllwild and there was a VW bus ahead of us and there was something written on the back in a hard to read script. We weren't close enough, coming up on it, and I couldn't see it to read it, but all of a sudden I knew what it said without reading it....gave me goosebumps
Hyperbole is the best thing ever!
(found that one on MentalFloss)
~'spin!~
Good morning all. May each of us find peace in our garden today.
Tuesday Thought for the Day:
My green thumb came only as a result of the mistakes I made while learning to see things from the plant's point of view.
I'm coming out from being a by stander, and take part on this thread. Thanks all for wonderful sharing.
DP, I especially like that in which you've just shared.
My green thumb came only as a result of the mistakes I made while learning to see things from the plant's point of view.
Dale, I'm still laughing!
There can be no other occupation like gardening in which, if you were to creep up behind someone at their work, you would find them smiling.
When one of my plants dies, I die a little inside, too. ~Linda Solegato
OK one more I giggled just thinking about this one.
Earth is here so kind, that just tickle her with a hoe and she laughs with a harvest.
