This tells you how dry it has been here. I couldn't find the water :-(
YAKKETY YAK....Gypsies talk back....and forth
the yellow ones are black eyed susans, and I meant to say snowmound close resemblance but not it. It has leaves like a hydrangea so may be a version of one. Funny sigh, what is it supposed to mean?
Kassy did you sleep at work last night??
Way to much energy, dend some this way. lol
How about white snakeroot!
No JJ, we are a no sleep facility. If they come in for a night check and find us sleeping they fire us right then. It did happen not that long ago to someone who worked a few of my nights off. No wonder she wanted to pick up more hours there. She was at work for 10 pm, and the manager found her sleeping at 11 pm...............LOL
I just know I have the next 7 off and don't like to take too much of a nap when I end work. This way I will sleep very soundly tonight.

ooh! ooh! Kassy!!! Your 7:17 post!!! I know what it is!!! It's turtlehead!!! Yay for me !!! I got one right!!!
Chelone Obliqua !!! turtleheads!!! I have them all over my yard. They really spread, and are very pretty. The bees love them. Mine are about my height this year (5'3"). Seems they get taller every year.
LOL flowers, I just read your response
wow venice
I love Easter Lilies. I have 2 of them. I have a question, though. I had a couple wimpy stalks that never flowered, in with the bunch. Should I cut them down if it happens next year? Does it take away from the rest of them?
Got to go feed the GS.
Then go buy a book on flowers!!!
Later
smileymom is right Go SMILEYMOM!!! http://www.illinoiswildflowers.info/wetland/plants/pink_turtlehead.htm

LOL JJ
I get the gold star! I always guess on the ID forum and am never anywhere near right. Guess to myself, of course.
Those turtleheads come in white, also.
later JJ ^_^
JJ your funny
Yes, I looked them up and saw that, but I like the pink over the white
Isn't she.........LOL
venice, I got one right one the ID forum once, and I never usually guess on it.................
Actually I got 2 things right
boy moon and trina would be proud of us tonight lol
My son used to call himself Mr. Turtle when he was little. ( I was Mrs. Zebra) So when I saw them at HD I bought them.
I got a Prickly Pear Cactus right and a mulburry tree ^_^
Of course, I have a mom who loved cactus, and my BF has mulberry trees, so that all helped................LOL
oops had a mom, not have
my problem is I don't know the proper names for things and that puts a twist on identifying plants for me.
I DID post a reply one time about someone who mistakenly ID'd , get this, turtleheads. Whatever it was, it wasn't turtleheads. So I said so. Poster retracted nicely, though. Whatever it was, it was pretty.
