Garden Photo's 09.....#37

I have yet to see hummers at my hummer-feeder! I have seen them at flowers right next to it, but not the feeder! Hrumph!

Here is another shot of Dahlia 'Arabian Knight' that is about the closest to the right color I have so far.

Would you believe I got "that plant" from the sweetest, kindest, gentlest elder lady I have ever known .....

She said not to think ill of her when it flowered, at the time I didn't understand ......

We are lazy & keep the angel-wings inside. It was given to me when first daughter (now 48) was born & had been in the giver's posession for some time.
