Very pretty, Allison and JoAnn!!

Thank you, Carrie!

Kassia - will you be able to make our RU? I hope you're not working!!

I've just fallen in love with the Gingerland caladiums. I got some from Bill's coop, and they are such a pretty combo of colors. I'll get some shots when I can take going out in the heat!

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Debilu and Robindog just left
Its unbearabley hot and humis so the garden tour was a swift one.
We spent the rest of the day gabbing about the RU's at Karens and Boojums. I am so jealous of all of you who live so close to eachother.

Containers are looking great!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

thank you... where ya been?

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

BC, WA, MT on a travelabout onewish. Big bros wedding and visiting DG buds. Scooped up a cool new garden bench, ladybird steppy stone and big swirly cement mushroom in MT at a real bargoon too. I have SO put that state on my garden shopping spots list.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

aaahh very nice... can't wait to see photos!

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Coleus is really booming this year.
Dnut-sounds like fun...I need a vaca.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Pots are really looking good Allison. You must be doing something right.
Also wanting to see pics dnut. Sounds like some real power shopping going on out there. Jealous, yes I am. :)

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Aren't roadside enterprises amazing? He will be surprised when a flock of DGers descend on him cuz I spread the word far and wide about his fabby deals.

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

So, where in MT is it? Did you stop and visit sofer? On our driveabouts to OR to visit DS and family, Montana was my favorite state. We stayed overnight in a town called Libby.

Framingham, MA(Zone 6a)

Hey guys!!!! I worked so much this past week... it was tough... but I love being a nurse... I am going to make it to the RU... dying to see you guys....

I have been moving things around the garden also... oh so many ideas for next year... this time I am writing it down... because I forget it...

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Hi Kassia. I'm 73 and have to write down whats happening five minutes ahead of time. Thank goodness for the computer and file s of notes and pictures from my gardens and others as well.
I spend the winter working on prolem areas and coleus arrangements.

Oviedo, FL(Zone 9b)

My container coleus have taken off! They are among the few {the hibiscus too} that adored the former rain we had this summer and are soaking up the remains of Tropical Storm Danny. I am going out when it stops dripping and take some pictures.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

yes please!!

Milton, MA(Zone 6a)

Time to take cuttings, I guess? For next year?

Framingham, MA(Zone 6a)

oh ge1836 - I am so hopeless- the only reason I water my plants and don't use the irrigation is because I have time to really decide what is going where... sometimes I start moving plants and completely forget what I was about to do... oh life!

I am taking so long to plant irises... I can't decide where to plant... oh good decisions for tomorrow since it's going to be such a nice day!

Oviedo, FL(Zone 9b)

Sun, Kassia, the irises will need full sun.

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Jan the roadside vendor was in Haugan Montana. Sadly I didn't get to Sof's place this trip. Next summer for sure!

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

I have a standard dwarf bearded in just morning sun and it blooms beautifully. I'm putting some more in a partly shaded garden this fall to see how they do.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

I think that was a Pirl cutting... not sure... but I think this is the same one I have in the back.. I had that one on the coleus forum trying to get an ID... and no positives came of it

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

think I was looking at the wrong one... but I do have one with that kind of veining ... this one was another Pirl cutting I believe
