beautiful Pixie.. can anything be done for the rust?

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

karen you have 900 dl's and have only posted 63 - celeste is way a head of you :)

they all look great though!

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Not now, but I can save the seeds and plant them in a different place. From what I understand, the rust can live in the soil but I don't know for how long.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

We have alot of the same ones, but i don't have anywhere near 900!!! lol

Port Washington, NY(Zone 7a)

My Hollyhocks are all sick with rust too. They look terrible. It's a shame. I really love them. Celeste, I think I've lost the seedlings from your seed. I'm bummed. Is a change of location the only solution? I really only have one good spot for them.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

always a container.. and put it in that spot

Halifax, MA(Zone 6a)

Celeste, that NOID bonus of yours is a beauty!!!!! I don't recognize it, though, sorry! The ghostly looking one is cool, too. I would call or email the place where you got it and see if they can tell you. Roses In Snow and Jade Star are very nice. Like the ones with a white edge. I have Orange Vols, and really like that one, too. I also have Red Vols, and it's not much different from Red Volunteer. Both are very gorgeous, a nice velvety red.

I love Kansas Kitten. I have a seedling from it that I got from a seller on the LA. It's crossed with New Wings Of Morning, and it's a gorgeous veined one. Here's a pic of it.

So you were counting how many DL shots I've posted, Bill?! Wow! Where do you find the time? LOL! I have a long way to go, I guess. I'm still trying to label the over 1000 DL pics I've taken over the past couple of weeks.

I got this one as MY GIRL, but when I looked it up, the pics look a little different, and it's listed as a very early one, and mine is blooming now. Didn't start early. I thinks it's not MY GIRL, but it sure is pretty, and one I will keep.

Karen I cut my Budd. back too. It was the only place to plant it when it arrived and I realized it was going to shade a sun area so I keep it short..It trippled in size the first year.
