Hey Katye.... fancy seeing you here! lol. They all still look great!

Thanks Robin! I would love to house/pet sit for you if I were closer! What fun that would be! I love that last DL that you posted.

Great shots Allison! especially the hummer. Lilly and Jily are cute. Do they actually know and respond to just their own names? There are some mornings when I would have a hard time saying both of those names together.

Kassia... pretty rudbeckia! I love the whole scenario going on behind it too!

Andy.... very showy!

Thanks Pixie and Willie. That Arabian knight Dahlia is a great color. I just bought a scabiosa today that I think was called 'arabian knight'. lol But, now I'm not sure what it was called since I did see some dahlias today as well. I'm going to have to look it up now.

Flowerjen... I never thought of that, but you're right. Sam does resemble that character. How cute.

Nope, I mixed up my names Willie, not that it matters. lol. The Scabiosa that I picked up was 'black knight'. I'm positive that I need to go back to that place and pick up the dahlia that was called 'arabian knight' Fortunately the scabiosa is for someone else, that way I wouldn't mix up the names.

Everyone has great blooms, I haven't been out with my camera lately, but Celeste has worked here too with Landini and Centerfold! Great combo.

My niece is getting married in 3 weeks, and they are carrying bouquets of fresh flowers from my sister's garden. I thought I'd cut everything I have that day and take them to be sure they have enough. So, if you will please send good gardening wishes to our gardens for lots of pretty blooms! Thank you!!

Everyone has so much color!! I only have green ..... :-( ..... BUT! It's a good green!! As in veggies, so I can't be sad.

I am going to get out when I finish up some design backlog, and get some pics of the three or four things that are flowering, before it rains again.

We have been getting rain everyday, but only for a bit, then it clears up and dries a bit ... I don't think I can remember a late July where the ground wasn't deeply fractured from being too dry.

In case you haven't been over to see my veggie pics on the edibles thread

What a nice birthday present, Robin. Something always arrives in my garden without me planting it such as this queen Ann but I don't mind
