I believe it too!! lol
So Toad Lilies can bloom at gifferent times just like daylilies and Iriis's. You have your early, mid-season, and late season bloomers.
For instance, this yellow toad lily blooms in the late spring/ earlysummer.

Most of the rest are late summer/early fall.
Bill birdhouses over six feet off the ground or they wont use them.
Also holes the size of a quarter or you'll get sparrows and starlings.
Nice pics, all.
cute cats Victor
Thanks, Jo Ann.
Cool shot, nor!
The largest JB I ever saw was on one of my hydrangeas. Was at least 3/4 inch! Gross.
Pixie - that "stand out" red DL with the golden throat is now blooming at my son's and it is stunning! I thought I had split that one with him and had taken only a piece to his garden. WELL, I have yet to see it bloom here, so I think he got them both. Wonder if he'd miss one???? LOL It really is a stunning color! I think you are right that your purple one is a match to mine. When you show your daylily parade, I always sit up and look closely, because I know that lots of yours are just about to bloom in my Pixie Garden. My Dallas Star is about to bloom for the first time. It's so pretty. I also haven't seen "Enon" yet, but the marker on its tag didn't fade. Whew! Oh yeah, your "Night Dreams" is gorgeous!
Allison - cool shots!!
Bill - I love that monarda and echinacea shot!
Victor - nice Mauna Loa shot!
Cool frog pic!
Very nice, Allison!
