Not alpt of time to chat this morning taking tristen to the doctors,,, Her poison ivy got worse and her tummy is hurting her bad...

Donna, take care of your girl with the poison ivy. I know my boys used to get it every summer. Being boys, they would scratch down in their pants and get it in really bad places. Had to run around nude for a while until everything healed. Of course they didn't think it was too bad since they had fun at camp and then came home and I shuttled them to the city pool everyday for the next week or so. I, on the other hand, was not a happy camper!

Oh Donna hope the dr has something that will take care of it in the matter of hours. Take care hun.

I bet those boys did enjoy it. Hope they didn't get poison ivy on purpose so they could go to the pool.

I'm on Facebook!! I don't have a ton of time but I try to go on at least every other day.

So Dave's schedule is now 10 hours a day, 7 days a week, with two days off a month (or one weekend.) Insane.

I'm going to be busy busy busy today so have a great day everyone.

Janice, I just thought of something. I apply Listerine on mosquito bites. It stop the itch immediately and being an antiseptic, dries them out faster. Wonder if that would work for poison ivy too?

The wedding of Heather and my son Scott was beautiful! I didn't want to leave my mama. She was given some new medicine and it made her sick. She made it through the ceremony and the reception but I was doubtful several times. She's so much better now. She decided on her own she'd only take 1 pill a day instead of two. That seems to be the trick to feeling much better. Her blood sugar was low that's the reason for the new meds.

Heather and Scott had many family and friends make the trip to Gatlinburg. Over 64 people attended the wedding. Scott had reserved a 4 story chalet that sleeps 30 people for the wedding party and some close friends. One of the groomsmen said it looked like an MTV crib with the pool tables, two jacuzzis and a movie theater. Well, for at least for a week the youngens got to eat high on the hog.

Jaye, you and Kel know I will read anything! This sounds like a good series, too. Stacey and I visited a few used book stores over the weekend and I came away with some new science fiction, old favorite authors and a new one or two. She, of course, is still into her vampire books.

Janice, go to My Info, then in "Your Actions" box, click on "Manage Your Friends and Groups", then create your group.
Then you can add names to the group. Use that in your Dmail.

LOL I did a group blast a while back and now can't remember how I did it. I think you just start entering user names in the email field, and it creates a blast. I could be wrong though.

LK, Sistah Judy introduced me to my first People book at BJ's. Since then I was hooked. Whenever I'm on the road, which is everyday... I'd be reading. So far, I have read about 10 of the books.
I'll loan you a couple of books, and when you're through, just mail it back to me, via media mail.
I'll do the same for you too Janice. When finished, just return to me, and if you both like them, I'll just keep mailing you more.

I still have Judy's book with me.. gonna read it again before I return it to her :D

Evening Ladies..

Well first off thank you all for Tristens well wishes. We spen tthe first 5 hours at the E.R. since the doctors were closed.. Turns out its not poison ivy but hives and what from we have no idea nor do the doctors. The stomach pain they thought might have been appendix so she got her first cat scan, urine sample and 4 vials of blood taken today. The rash was doing great by the time we left even though they didnt do anything but poke her and make her mad.. After al the tests they found nthing wrong with her other than the hives/ rash or whatever they are calling it. They gave her prednsone and said if it (the pain in her belly) didnt go away in 12 hours to come back for more tests... So off I went to fill the scrip and pick up Tonys glasses then drop them off and home and off to work for 3 1/2 hours.. My boss was sooo hapy when I came in and helped them get caught up. The guy Im replacing took a 2 1/2 hour lunch again and kevin is starting to act like a boss finally with him and told him no more. He said if I can do what I do and stand smiling to make money he can take a 1 hour lunch like the rest of us and if not dont come back that afternoon at all.. Then he left at 415 to go play golf... Boss just shook his head.
So Sorry Went venting there for a minute..

Tristen is feeling better but the rash is raised and showing in places it wasnt - gone in places it was.. ugghh Shes feeling great though.. Your thoughts are pushing to her, Shes upstairs singing in the bathtub and giggling have a grand time with Max running in and out asking what she is doing.. lol

What beautiful wedding photos.. looks like everyone had a wonderful time and what a nice looking group..

Flowers in a no care fashion.. lol I just did one of those bed and there are tons of seedlings going mostly giant mariolds but I also hrew a wildflower mix box down... Cant wait to see how it turns out.. Ugly corner and I want i tbetter ..

Deborah, beautiful wedding pictures. Love the brides dress and her jewlery. Riley is too cute ^_^. :( I want another grandbaby.

Anyhooooooo, for what Rick did. Saturday I had called him to make sure he was going to be home on Sunday. I needed to get the rest of my plants. I had left a wine barrel and fish pond. He told me "No" I couldn't take the pond because he was tired of cleaning up my messes. What messes, the cardboard boxes, he told my mom not to worry about it he would throw them in the dumpester. Then he said I didn't shampoo the carpet in the craft room again he said don't worry about it. I told him if I couldn't have my pond then he owes me $40 dollars, not paying it, ok then I won't pay the cell phone bill. He then said he was going to take me to court for not paying rent for June and July plus the cell phone bill. (He is nuts, I was out of there before Memorial weekend) We kept aruguing back and forth then he threatened me with if I came down there at all he would call the cops and say I was tresspassing and stealing. Then he remembered he still had some of the Barbie doll house furniture so he said I could come down there. I told him that if he didn't let me have my flowers and the wine barrel that I was going to call the PG&E and let them know that since April 2008 when we got the hot tub that he has been pinning the meter for a week at a time. So when I got there Sunday he let me have my flowers and wine barrel. And there were 33 baby fish in the barrel, lol. I didn't get home with the pond. He tried to be all kissy kissy but I wasn't backing down. He then asked me what about the cell phones. I gave them back to him. Then he has the guts to send me an email, Sunday telling me that I still owe $57 dollars, lol I'm not paying it. He really screwed himself big time. Not only does he have to pay for 3 phones a month, but if he cancells them then he has to pay $400 because they were on a 2 year contract. Plus the county put a lein against his house because of owed property taxes in the amount of $630 that were due in June. I was going to pay half because they were for 2008/2009 but when he started being a jerk when I was moving out, plus he took out a loan that is 16% interest and in Nov 2012 a balloon payment of $23,000 is due,LOL. I don't think all of this has sunk in yet.

I am SO HAPPY to be away from there ^_^. I spent all yesterday outside fixing things around the fish pond, and getting the ground ready to put in another pond. Then I can move onto the front yard digging up Iris' and weeding and getting it all ready for next spring. Today I babysat and it is 100+ so nothing got done outside. We will have triple digits until Saturday then in the high 90's. I've got to get back to Curves, I've missed about 5 weeks and I put a few pounds back on.

Now I need LK, Synda and Donna to tell me more about this farm thingie on Facebook. I have not touched it in weeks and Holy Cow!!! tons of requests for the farm thingie. You cand send me an email to tell me what it's all about. Thanks

Lady I work with one just like that. She left early today because her husband was upset about something. OMG Really??????? My boss doesn't do much, she's been there 10 years and he's always put up with it, which means I have to put up with it. Now her youngest son is starting a new school, which is right across the street from work, so she's going to have to start getting off at 4:30, which puts me there til 5 every day. Oh Well. I sure enjoyed the earlier hours while I had them.

Whew I just went next door and got a sack of corn! YEA!!

Cindy my goodness! What a mess, I'm so glad you are strong and stood your ground. It'll cost him more to sue you for the $57.00 than what it's worth, especially owing all of the other what-not.

It's called Farm Town, my mom plays it. I would like to but there's just not enough time in the day. You build a farm and can trade farm equipment, crops, and other things. It's really fun from what I've heard, but you have to get on every day to make sure you've watered and everything else it takes to be a farmer.
