Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

sometimes thay are hard to establish.
Then there are the ones that wont bloom no mater what you do.
I saw a plant in Africa where they are from,it was over 7 feet high and very dramatic.Tons of blooms in a red cascade.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

good news with mine then... it has buds!!!

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Onewish! I love the bud stage It looks like a ribcage.

That's so beautiful Andy. What a difference it makes without the direct sunlight in the photo.

Thanks, Michaela. You are so right about the sun.

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

I am hopelessly behind.

Let me say I should just have Ge1826 paint a mural in my backyard and call it a day. Roll it up in the fall and put it back up in June and Bobs Your Uncle! Love that oil stick watercolor one!

Poured last night, and today way dreary, but we did get enough sun to take some pictures. My lilies are just starting, very late, but it has been as you all know lousy weather. I am off for a few days, so I will miss some of them. Dang! Patti
