My goodness so much beauty in these posts. BB, please don't say Hoary in front of Ms. Woodsy, she has a history that she wants to keep secret and that gets her upset!
Yardqueen loving that dahlia and as much as I like the trumpet vine, that is the most invasive thing I have. It sends up shoots out in the middle of our yard and everywhere. Just can't keep it under control.

Emory, TX(Zone 8a)

Yes it is, but where I have it, it is not nearly as invasive as my Passion vine.We are constrantly digging/ pulling it up. We save some of it in pots to give away, but I always warn people. We are trying to put ours by fences that are away from flower beds. we do love it!

LOL, we are complete opposites yardqueen. I have a passiflora in a pot and tried to grow it on the bank but not hardy in our zone. I would love for it to take over and gladly trade its sped than the trumpet! Yours looks a lot like mine as I recall. Mine won't be blooming for a while.

Watseka, IL(Zone 5a)

Not a word aboout it Ms Woodsy, your secret is safe with haighr, the Cheap Hoe and me! LOL!

HUSH!!! I know she has a problem every time she goes down the road too and sees those signs that says Live Bait! For some reason it sends her dancing on the street corner.... shhhhhh!

Ok, well, the pics of the day from my neck of the woods... oh and BTW, once again, goes with outsaying, lovely shots above gang! LOVELY!

Here is my petunias...Bargain of the day $2 a flat.. I put them in hanging baskets and now they are everywhere around here. (I guess we better not mention Cheap or Bargains around her either.. shhhhhh!)

Well, we all got our hangups.. Hanging baskets this year is mine!

Actually that one is a bit washed out. This captures the color better, but is not focused.

Yardqueen, the pimpernel is gorgwous!

Laurel, DE(Zone 7a)

blossom, I had some chocolate mint and it spread so much I pulled it up and now have none as I guess I pulled tooooo much.
Thanks for reminding me of the tall garden phlox, used to have some of that as well, wonder where it is this year? Your mixed dianthus is really pretty, such a nice combo of color.
yardqueen you stay just ahead of me, my echinacea will be blooming soon I hope I have several colors as well.

Watseka, IL(Zone 5a)

I grown the chocolate mint in pots.. too many of the herbs can be so invasive. Yet so not so easy to grow and then die out.

My echinecea are just heading out.

I need to get out and do some weeding. It just quite raining and so its gonna get humid. Catch you ladies later!

And as ever, all the shots here are lovely!
