That last pic was of 2 bushes. About 20 ft away are 2 more... same variety bought and planted at the same time, 3 yrs ago. Fed the same thing and treated the same way. These just get less sun. Every year they are mixed colors like this.

Agapathus. This was a really nice surprise for me as I planted seeds in pots 3 yrs ago and babies them in the greenhouse for over a year. Then we planted them in a bed and they seemed to disappear, or if they came back the next year they didn't bloom so I didn't recognize them. Yesterday I saw this and noticed a few more that now know are the long lost agapanthus!

WOW! Yardqueen, those are stunning! I started cuttings off my new Endless Summer and I am soo looking forward to having new baby bushes. I am hoping ot keep them small. Do they get big like the snowball? My snowball bush is over ten foot. tall.

Stella De Oro has started here, but that is about all of those. So pretty soon my "domestics" will be appearing here. My daylilies are just starting and yesterday I had a new seedling hybrid show up that is a child of Stella. Drat, the pic I took yesterday got erased before I could retrieve it so todays shot of it is looking rather wilty. I will have to watch it to see if it will bloom again. It was rather pretty for a new seedling! It therefore wil have no name unless I name it and register it.

The wildflowers on the prairie and in the woods though are making quite a show. Last year I took lots of daylily pics so this year I am concentrating on the prairie and woods and any dayliles I missed for new pics.

This yellow orange wildflower was only one of two that I saw down by the bog in the woods. I have never seen it before. It is almost like a marigold flower, but on a long and slender stem coming off a leaf base. Quite unusual. I have no clue as to what it is, I am going to have fun trying to ID many of the shots I am taking this year.

Here is the new blue hydrangea Endless summer that I just planted. Its the little thing to the left of the wood post. I took about 8 tip cuttings off of it to start new bushes and I noticed this morning that ont of the tip cuttings that I rooted a short while ago also has a blossom budding. I doubt it will be a full show as tiny as the cutting is, but I will show you that later.

BB, I have rooted many of the Endless Summer Cuttings. And they usually bloom while they are very little. The blooms are way bigger than the plant... LOL

Awesome! I just took some shots of the cuttings and will post them in my GPS4 thread with some other new things going on there.

Dont forget too to post your bog plants on the new bog thread also going on.

I dont know if I will get to those shots today, but they will be coming up soon! I am usually three days behind on pics took earlier in the week and two days behind in the projects. Just call me BEHIND! LOL!

Thanks again Sally for the kudos!

Grrr.. between the goofy new camera and my PC doing stupid.. I took a series of shots that I have been trying to extract for 2 days... some how the photos got into my spam file. Sheeeeesh. Good thing I thought to look in there before I gave it up. Well here they come.

Then topping that.. some of my other mails were spammed.. so well, now I am even more behind. SO so sorry if anyone here did not get any reply. Computers.. some days....

Well anyway, getting back to the photos...here they are...

This is a fern out in our woods.. I am not so sure if it is not an ostrich fern... but sure looks like one
