I asked Kris to take a better pic today and show.....wonder where it is.....hmmm. It is looking better and just has a thin line of red around it now. LK's son was a sweet young man-if we lived here I could see Chris and I hanging out with him and his wife. Just really sweet peeps:)

Folks, her chicken salad is the BEST in the world. I'm not a shabby cook myself, so believe me when I say hers is the best.. it is!
She graciously packed us some for our flight home. It was delicious the third time around.

Looks like ya'll had a wonderful time! Great to put faces to names.

So there won't be any pictures for me or anyone else. I plugged in my camera to the computer like I have done thousands of times but for some reason it fried the memory card, all gone. Just means that we'll have to go again and I get a new camera! What sucks is I have some neat plants coming up and I can't take pictures of them at the moment.

We are floating away down here too. Dave's out mowing and I should be planting before the rain starts again.

Crissy, that's the attitude! Definitely go for another trip and buy that top of the line camera!

Kel had a stray mama cat that gave birth to 3 kitties at the shop. She's not feeding the runt. So, I have it now on my chest, eyes cleaned and feeding it every 1/2 hour. If we had not opened the shop today, the kitty would have died.. it's all fur and bones.

Kris suggested renting a cabin in Tennessee next year. Kris will fill in details. That location will be more central and we won't have far to travel.

Oh a cabin in Tennessee! My sons and I did that one year,,,split the cost, and when Dale got out of the service, we all celebrated big time. The mountains were gorgeous! 'course we had planned that trip for a year,,,and at the time we started I had no idea it would turn into an evacuation trip for me from Hurricane Ivan. What a trip,,,,watching the news on t.v., trying to figure out where he was going, and if our house would still be there....but to have Dale home,,,the whole trip was just bittersweet. But we did have a good time.

OOH that sounds like fun. My mom will be with me too.

Another thing that would be fun is for everyone to make something special to give to each other. ^_^

Only if you would promise to make your sweet smelling candles. lol

And they will be made special for each sistah, yep. Everyone would get their own favorite scented candle ^_^

I've missed Sis Kathy's First Sistahs' Bash at her home last year.
We sure wished she could have made it to BJ's. Perhaps next year, she'll be able to join us. Plenty of time to save.

Our wonderful host and hostess who beside opening their homes to us, also gave us their hearts. ♥♥♥

Yes, there were handmade gifts too handed out. The homemade candies from Cookie... Janice's choccies... oh boy!! Judy's special dream catchers..
Everyone got an apron from me.. handmade. BJ got a special hostess apron. So, those nights when I was too quiet, I was busy sewing :D

lol, we knew you were up to something,,,making all those aprons...I wondered ,,,,who are getting all those aprons! lol
and oh, to have missed those choccies,,,and I love dream catchers too. I will have to put my thinking cap on and be getting ready for next meet. We can't let you girls have ALL the fun now can we? lol

Well, we have seen the aprons, what about the dream catchers, and candies. Well, ok I suppose the candiy, and choccies are gone, but you can show the dream catchers.
