A friend of mine gave me about a dozen new vases the other day... I will have to take pics. Got some nice heavy glass ones and some budvases in that lot!
I have tried growing sweet peas and lavender both and no luck.

they were just there, along the pathway, everyone ignores them.... I rescued them for our delight LOL! Infact, since I've been cutting them there's lots more! hehe.

I have some sweet peas growing up a little wigwam but they haven't flowered yet, do they grow in Texas?
Yes, you can grow them here, but in EARLY spring. Like Nasturtiums. I think you sow them in fall. Not sure. I know you do that for Nasturtiums. Then they grow slowly in the winter and go crazy in spring, then die in the heat.
