Since I got some weeding done, I thought I'd post some pics. My lot is 66 x 100. These are the front.
The Long View 2009
Beautiful!
Victor - now I feel better to know it is so large
jumper2 - gorgeous tree
Nice!
Thank you. It has grown in the 21 years we've been here. In front of the porch, there used to be an overgrown juniper. Taking it out made that bed. The first pic is the bed we did today, known as the strip and bump out. The grass there is awful if I don't keep up with it.

oh wow Victor... your yard never mind being beautiful... the kids must think it's a hide and seek paradise
or at least I would have...love seeing the full shots!!!
Drumlin.. love the wall & seating bench!
Jumper that JM is pretty!
Victor your property is beautiful
Drumlin I love your stonework and new cardboard and compost addition
Jumper2 There is a lot more room for plants on your property/I love the house everything looks wonderful.
Love this thread. Finally I get to see Victor's long shots and it was well worth the wait! That's what my garden wants to be when it grows up!
Thanks ladies!
love all your beds Meredith... looks so natural looking
Thanks! : )
Songs, your yard is BEAUTIFUL you needn't be jealous of Victor.☺
Meredith, it looks great.....when you edge your beds, how far down do you dig? I need to do that with my new bed.
Bill...I'm speechless....
Thanks ge. The problem is all that grass. It's roots go to china! Plus I have to find the time to keep up with it.
Bill - WOW! I just need to know - how many full-time groundskeepers do you have to employ to keep it looking so PERFECT?!?
Jen - thank you! But I'm still a little jealous of Victor's maturity...the plants, that is ;o) My garden is still relatively young so it will be a few years yet before it looks so established.
Loverly, everyone!!!
love all your beds too Bill.... now I can't wait to go get a load of mulch so mine looks nicer
Just beautiful Bill!!
thank you all - its just me around here - and another 10 yds of mulch was delivered and waiting to spread
