They are now breeding hydrangeas that are not pH sensitive. It could also be related to any fertilizer you might have used on them.
I was reading where it was the amount of aluminum in the soil as well as ph. Try some soy beans .. they are chock full of aluminum.

Actually I read something about aluminum and pines trees. It was something about the pines doing something that stops the aluminum from being absorbed. I can't seem to find the article now.
Doesn't matter I like the Technicolor thing I have going on it is a little odd. BTW they all received the same fertilizer.
Don't we need a new thread for what's blooming in June?
