Stormyla: I'm glad you're coming. I'd love your "Asters - Lavender 18" T Rosette form quick multiplier" and Spiraea cutting.

Chevy Chase, MD(Zone 7a)

Hi Sally! Do you have any Geranium left? I'd love one if you have it.
ROSES_R_RED: Do you have any more Limelight cuttings, perchance?
Ruby: Any columbine lieft?
NisiNJ: Do you still have any Genovese Basil?

(It'll be good to see you all.)

Near Lake Erie, NW, PA(Zone 5a)

The trunk is packed full of plants! Golf clubs have to ride in the back seat.
I have one 37 gal tote full of plants I dug out of the yard, carefully packed tight for no breakage. The other tote it carefully packed with starts of coleus and other tender rooting cuttings and seedlings. I cannot get in any more plants.
The rain stopped and the sun came out so I got it all done without dodging rain drops. Taking a break now, still have to pack clothes and snacks for our hotel stay.

Dover, PA(Zone 6b)

Happy, variegated Solomon’s Seal please, I lost the one I got at Hart's swap and have been sad ever since. Also the Wood Poppy if no one has claimed it.

Middle of, VA(Zone 7a)

Anyone in "need" of vinca (LOL) - just thought I'd ask prior to thinning and pitching

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

Happy I have some wild lime coleus if RRR doesn't have any limelight left

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

Chantell, I might check quick with my folks... but I think they're still reeling from last spring when I brought up & planted a car full (well over 100 four inch pots) of vinca from what people brought me the year before... It's not doing much yet in their front year, but it's still alive, so I'm guessing it's doing the "sleep, creep, leap" thing and might really knock their socks off net year. The Vinca minor that I think Sally brought me is doing well around her Bubby Bush also -- and the bush is getting little leaves! Sally, your previous Bubby Bush that we thought had died also came back (I potted it up in case it wasn't quite dead), and Theresa wants it, so it'll have a good home too. Thanks!

I'm doing a bit better and will try to at least get my have & request lists sorted out tonight... and whatever I can put together tomorrow, I'll bring! Fortunately, I have a few things in pots and under the lights, pretty much ready to go, although none of my seedlings have been hardened off since we just returned home.

:-)

Middle of, VA(Zone 7a)

No problem - go ahead and check with them Jill. Everyone keep their fingers crossed that it doesn't rain tomorrow night...still at work and haven't stepped foot into my yard...ugh

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

I'm hoping for a nice rain tonight to make everything easy to dig and then sunny weather tomorrow!

(Doc, talk to Phil for me, wouldja?)

I've stepped foot, but haven't been able to do any bending or digging today. But stupid migraine seems to be going away, so hopefully I'll be rarin' to go in the morning. :-) I've got to get back to working on my list so I don't forget things like Becky's new-to-her fish!

Mount Laurel, NJ(Zone 7a)

Ruby, I had to isolate your clematis sweet autumn because it got spots on the leaves after all the recent rains. I think I'll leave it here in "isolation" and maybe you can pick it up on your next trip to Mt. Laurel it probably will have recovered by then :)

Chevy Chase, MD(Zone 7a)

Chantell -- I'd actually love the vinca. I have a big hill to cover. I have a lot already in other places, but if you are ready to toss it. (Is it Vinca Minor -- the kind with the pretty blue flowers?)

Holly -- you've got solomon's seal and wood poppy.

OneWish -- The limelight I was asking for is a hydrangea -- but if you truly have extra coleus I'd love some.

Sequim, WA(Zone 8a)

ALL done! Got plants dug up and "bagged" today, even a few extras for people to grab - make tzadziki tomorrow (I am NOT making the "Americanized version" - it will be garlicky!) and load the car tomorrow nite...phew! I'm so looking forward to seeing old and new faces - come rain or sun, a good time will be had by all!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

oh oops... is there ever really extra coleus???

seriously I am bringing some that aren't claimed yet

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

Happy, both Vinca major & Vinca minor get pretty blue flowers... but V. major will put out huge, yard-eating vining shoots, while V. minor is a little more civilized in its habit. (My folks need a vigorous groundcover; their front yard is mostly bare dirt due to shade & competition from the maple trees.)

Coleus will not go unclaimed! There are just so many places to tuck a little coleus... :-)

Norristown, PA(Zone 6b)

Happy, LOL, I already had you down for those!!

Chevy Chase, MD(Zone 7a)

I wonder which Vinca I have? I have the variegated vinca major -- I keep pulling it out, and it keeps coming back. Then I think I have vinca minor. I guess I don't want the major.

Chevy Chase, MD(Zone 7a)

Thanks, Stormy!

Chevy Chase, MD(Zone 7a)

Some last requests and questions -- please feel free to ignore.

Claypa: I'd love one of your forsythias -- how do you think it would do in part shade? It would be in the back where is wouldn't be a focal point, so I don't care if it isn't especially floriferous.

Does anyone have any black pussy willow cuttings left?

Wind: Do you have any hydrangea blue billow cuttings left (unrooted is fine), or datura seedlings?

Jill: Do you have an american honeysuckle cutting (unrooted is fine)?

Bec: Do you have any maidenhair fern left?

RRR: Do you have any coreopsis moonbeam left?

I have some spiderwort -- I'll bring for Sally and Midras (and anyone else)

Miatablu: Did the Mona Lavender make it? I have some tiny rooted cuttings.... LMK.

Does anyone have a single Kerria from which they could bring me a cutting? I have killed mine (I know -- supposed to be impossible).

Norristown, PA(Zone 6b)

Happy, Not impossible. I planted 6 last summer and not one made it through the winter.

Sequim, WA(Zone 8a)

Happy - we can divide the fern on Saturday - I dug up the entire thing ^_^

Hi Happy, the hydrangea had a branch that touched ground and rooted nicely. I'll bring it for you :)

Sequim, WA(Zone 8a)

Wind - I like the Hydrangea, but love the shepherd!

Mount Laurel, NJ(Zone 7a)

^_^

Middle of, VA(Zone 7a)

Re the vinca....I'll bring it - if someone wants it fine if not it's gets trashed.

Jill - hopefully you're getting some of the rain we are down here....

Ruby - I dug up my Sweet Autumn Clematis....and threw it under the deck...(don't ask) - if it's still alive I'll bag and bring for you.

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

Chantell, thanks! I talked to my dad and he said, sure, they could probably use more of it out there (the ones I planted previously at least made it through the winter, even if they haven't taken off yet), but nobody should knock themselves out or anything for it... so, only if it's easy! (pulled & bagged should work fine. I'll pot some up after the swap, as I did last time.)

I'll check the honeysuckle (L. americana) to see if it has any layered pieces with little roots starting... otherwise, I'm not sure how well additional cuttings will do since it's just started blooming. no harm in trying, though, as it can certainly spare all the cuttings we could want! it's monstrous this year. LOL

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Yeah, Wind what Bec said. I didn't know you had a shepherd.

Crozet, VA

Hey to everyone - getting excited here. We will be leaving within the hour to head north. Really looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Happy, we will be bringing you a Black Barlow Columbine.

Wind, no problem about Sweet Autumn Clematis. Ours did come back from the shock of cow teeth. LOL

Chantell, I will take your Clematis for sure.

Off to hit the showers, then on the road. See you good folks tomorrow.

Ruby

Chevy Chase, MD(Zone 7a)

If anyone wants anything off of my list, please check -- here it is again: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/p.php?pid=6547414.

Still plenty of time....

And thanks to all of you wonderful people!

Laurel, DE(Zone 7a)

Happy, could I get a couple of deutzia cuttings?

Norristown, PA(Zone 6b)

Happy, Could I please have some of your Begonia Grandis and some Sweet Woodruff Thanks

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

Ooh, Deutzia is fragrant and beloved by butterflies, according to PF. :-)

Happy, I'd love a couple of Deutzia cuttings to try, please. Also, if you've got enough to go around, I'd be happy to have another bit of that Lamium (my clump from last year is doing great!) and a Hardy Begonia start. Thanks!

Anne Arundel,, MD(Zone 7b)

My Mom has Deutzia--seems to be an old fashioned fave--Nice neat bush that doesn't get huge like many, but I think they're being generous to say its fragrant and butterfly plant. at least here in MD its not outstanding for either of those that I see.
Adding to my bring--two suckers from hart's (Joyce's?) white lilac

Chevy Chase, MD(Zone 7a)

Got you all covered.

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

Thanks, Sally... still looks like a fun one to tuck in near a rose of sharon or something for a little early bloom. :-)

Thank you, Happy! Looks like I've got about 3 dozen extra peppers, both hot & sweet... LMK if you have any types you're especially looking for.

Middle of, VA(Zone 7a)

Saw "fragrant" and thought...hmmmm??? Glad you piped in Sally cuz my eyes are bigger then my yard as we all know...LOL

Chevy Chase, MD(Zone 7a)

The Deutzia is definitely not fragrant -- it just has a nice "fresh" smell. I just checked. But I love it! It blooms beautifully in part shade.

I have a few bleeding heart babies from a Spectabilis. I don't know if they will grow true. Let me know if you are interested.

Critter -- you are so sweet! I'd love any peppers that everyone else leaves behind -- I'll take the runts of the litter. (Of course, I didn't mean to suggest that you might grow any runts!)

Brunswick, MD(Zone 6b)

Happy, the Mona Lavender did come through the winter, and I have started 3 cuttings from it. Do you need any?

Chevy Chase, MD(Zone 7a)

Nope, I'm good thanks!

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

LOL. There are some runty peppers, Happy. I put aside a dozen for you, all different. :-)

I've been digging and potting and sorting and packing. I may not get to everything since I lost a day yesterday, but we'll see how it goes. Miata is right, looks like the car won't be too empty.
