The main thing I use to remove grease is a concentrated citrus air freshener (I am out, when I get some more will give you the actual name) just spray a little and wipe it off, great stuff!

I will tell everyone I know to go on and vote for you BJ……as I said saw the desperate, no landscape in that pic.

Spent today out at the Lattin Cider Mill with Laura and Sage……huge Easter Egg Hunt for the kids….a lot of food…..booths selling “stuff”…….lots of ducks, chickens , guineas, little goats, big goats, cows, pigs you name it…..fun but too many sweets………..

What is rest Jaye? Laura and I are cooking dinner for 8 – 10 people……

tiffany lamp, heh? great taste! love stained glass anything.

and now it's early to bed - no way I'm making a sunrise service. but I did get out there and transplant that bleeding heart that was in full sun - it came up so small this year, but bloomed anyway - I planted it two falls ago, mistook its foliage for a peony. put a peony in it's place. but now it's bedtime for me. did more today than have done in a week. family get together for brunch at 11:00. I'm bringing waffle iron and fruit.

Thank you all for your birthday wishes. The BBQ was a success. Lots of good food, cake and lovin from the grandkids. Always glad to see them come...not sorry to see them go!!!! They wear me out!!

Jsye, I have never tried candle making. I melted a big pillar candle to pour into the re-purposed jar, I sent to Bj, but that is a far I go for m aking candles!

The Tiffany lamps are not real as they cost about 400 buck but the fake are just as good as soon as I have the Kitchen done I will take a picture.The Kitchen is white and at the Dollar store it cost a 1.00 for a bottle of Assume(SP) and it cut grease very good I have been using that for everything even when my stuff get grease on it it take most of it out and it worked on the black marks on the floor.
I am thinking of do the front room in Black Burgundy with a cream color as my stuff is Oliver green and I do have Burgundy pillow cases on my throws. and the other 3 walls its call Zinfandel I am hoping not to pink or its called Classic by behr and it lite lite brown.
Than I have to have the one wall painted and the TV hung up before Tuesday when they come to collected the TV. As far as My bedroom I am thinking Olive green and then lighter but I will take picture when I get that all done.

You no I just read about the candle making I have done that with crayons and the oil from the glade that you heat up and plug in I can't think what that is called . I melt in an old pan and than I pour into an ice Cube tray and let harden then put into the freezer for about 10 minutes and than they pop out easy and I melt them in a pot wear you melt the cube on top with a tea lite on the bottom its the pop called and I can't spell it potpourri(SP) than How I do it

Happy Easter,

It's going to be very quite here, just Rick and I. We are going to have a small ham and other goodies. Will outside planting more. Yesterday I planted 3 lavender, a peony that has never bloomed in the 4 years that I've had it in a pot, so I put it in the ground, tomatoe. Today will be the 80 glad bulbs, some hollyhock, and whatever else I cand find,lol.

Well... the Easter Bunny came last night... and I had to wait up for him to arrive. He wouldn't come until Mike went to bed, and he stayed up way past when he should have been sound asleep...
As soon as that Easter bunny left, I went straight to bed, and slept so sound... I really didn't want to get up this morning... MIKE still isn't awake to find this...

Yes, LK... he says that they celebrate Easter the same as we do here in the states... no difference... except he said he hadn't ever gotten such nice things in his Easter basket before... said the Austrian Easter bunny only brings him sweets and books, and such. He was thrilled with what he found in there. A Jenga game, a pair of super hero pj bottoms, a closet door basket ball hoop... and eggs that look like basket balls, footballs, soccer balls, and baseballs all filled with different kinds of candy... and Reeces Peanutbutter eggs, which we can't get in Austria (wonder why?).

He just finished coloring eggs, and now he's painting pictures on them... best go keep him company now, cause I'm sure he'd rather not be doing that alone.

It rained all morning here... and Don is walking the floors because he can't get done what he wants to do in the mud... poor baby...
I showed him the "honey do" list... but he didn't find anything on it that appealed to him today. *sigh*

Wind and rain here today....but what a celebration......we are ALL going to be here for dinner today....for the first time in years no one has to work today!!!!

Jaye...I never left the house since Friday except to drag plants in and out of the garage, so I didn't check mail....Our mailbox is a looooong way from the house and I can't walk it very well...I went out to get milk and stopped at the box on the way in and found your beautiful card....Made my eyes sweat...Thank you sooo much dear lady...I will save that one forever...

Holes are dug for the rose bushes...Upper garden is mostly leveled off, cement base is set and the pottery birdbath is moved and the pansies are in the ground around it...I will plant the roses when the sun warms up the holes and the dirt a bit more...Creator blessed my Easter with a beautiful pink hyacinth almost all the way open...my favorite flower except for wild violets...
