I have to take little doggie for his shots in a few. When I get I have to download pics from the camera. The Pileated was here this morning and I hopefully got at least 1 good one.
Just the usuals stopping by for breakfast. No new or interesting birds this a.m. The doves are mating and I noticed a half-dozen Cowbirds are feeding with them this morning. They are also mating. Following the doves around so they can lay in their nests.
Thought I'd post another kind of critter-- one of my yard dogs. Shot from my dining room window.
Oh wow! RDR, is that red fox? Wow the thing is huge!!!
It's a coyote, Lily. And he's a biggun. I see him from time to time, but usually too dark to shoot.

Nanny those are good shots of the Pileated. If you come up by the end of May, you might see some Evening Grosbeak .:)
